Hotel clean and looks like new. the room is modern. good bed and shower. breakfast is also great.
Location. It is almost half the price of the hotel at the airport. If you don't mind to take a 5-minute transfer, this hotel is for you. I would not recommend going out walking in the neighborhood.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of healthy food options
Free transfer from the airport. Helpful staff. Free, early breakfast (4:30). Ideal hotel to wait a day to make a connection to Easter Island or San Pedro de Atacama.
I booked this hotel primarily because I needed to park a hired car for one night, return it the next morning (i.e. a place near the airport is ideal) and then get to the airport the following day to catch my flight. This hotel is also next door to Diego de Almagro hotel where I stayed before, but was cheaper for my dates. Everything worked according to plan. Although the location is predictably far from the city centre/any attractions, I got back by public transport on the second day, taking J18 bus from San Pablo metro station (only a few minute walk from the bus stop to the hotel, but 30+ min bus ride). For those less familiar with the public transport in Santiago, there is also an option to take the complementary airport shuttle and catch Centropuerto bus from there (btw, Rotonda Enea is an approved Centropuerto stop on the way back to the airport, and it is a short walk from the hotel). The place is new, so it wasn't even on google street view when I looked. But it turned out to be easy to find (including the need to drive around the block due to one way street along the highway) and the route was reasonably well signposted. The food in the bistro is fine, although I'd say nothing special. Breakfast is ok too. Airport shuttle on the way back left exactly on time when I booked it the night before. I didn't have the experience of getting the shuttle from the airport to the hotel as I arrived there by car, so can't advise how well it would've worked in the opposite direction. To sum up, this is a good place to stay overnight between flights or for a short stopover when it is hard to justify going for a city hotel.
Nothing really. Location is indeed in the middle of nowhere, but in my case, I knew the area and expected this. Besides it is an airport hotel after all. Breakfast time was somewhat crowded.
Very Good Free transport
Should have stayed more!
