Summary of reviews
Guests say
Many guests found the beds uncomfortable and the amenities lacking, especially kitchen equipment and WiFi. Service was often described as unhelpful or rude, with issues at reception and management. However, several guests appreciated the spacious rooms and convenient location near grocery stores and major roads. Some positive remarks were made about the kitchenette and cleanliness in a few rooms, but overall, maintenance and equipment were frequent concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The room was clean and close to my event
Cons (-) Have an alarm clock in room and working hair dryer
Pros (+) The property was tucked away and quite. Nice to have a grocery store near by.
Cons (-) The sofa bed was so dirty that I went and bought an air mattress for my child to sleep on.
Pros (+) Nice kitchen area including a stove and high table. Slept well in the bed and everything seemed clean and suitable to me for the price!
Pros (+) Very clean and pretty quiet. Great price and good location in proximity to the airport (~15min).
Pros (+) Amenities in the room were fantastic.
Cons (-) Loved it all
Pros (+) The suites are located in a quite part of town, close to grocery and restaurants options.
Cons (-) After checking in with my dog, they placed us in the 'animal friendly' room. The room smelled of urine and had numerous stains on the carpet. Bedspread was very worn and also smelled. I immediately opened the room window to get fresh air, but decided to leave since the smell was too strong. Staff were kind in dealing with the cancellation.
Pros (+) price for room reasonable, beds comfortable, liked having small kitchen
Cons (-) 2 of 3 Staff at front desk was very cold; . Asked to speak to Mgr and it appeared staff lied about Mgr being on site as he appeared to be sitting in the office at his desk. We had a concern and wanted to discuss with Mgr as it was a safety issue and the staff could have cared less. They were completely unresponsive and would not even tell the Mgr about the issue, didn't show any concern or compass...
