It was an ideal quiet cheap holiday. The hotel was clean, and the food was very nice. We went in October half Term so a lot of facilities in the hotel and surrounding areas were closing down. But it was a much needed relaxing holiday.
There was some confusion. We were told on check in we could pay to eat in the ala carte restaurant but when we went to book, we were told only guests staying 7+ nights could book in. And the toilet area was small in the rooms, but not the end of the world.
Really helpful staff, safe complex lots to do for children, rooms are nice and very clean, food was great especially the fresh salads fruits and meat and fish from the grill. Wide selection for all inclusive, two beaches within 10 min walk. Bus arrives from airport for 4 euro outside hotel so didn't need to pay lots for a transfer. Entertainment was good for children. Even though the hippy market ran through the complex the pool area was cordoned off for people at the hotel so was fairly quite and didn't create too much of an impact. Wifi in rooms was great.
The rooms don't have very good views many without an outside area, drainage smells in the bathrooms, the food was really good, however the logistics of the dining room were not great, long queues, children running arround, very noisy, not enough seats for everyone and tables piled up with dishes. The facilities were okay however pool and seating area didn't feel big enough for the amount of people. The hot drinks especially tea from the bars were put in paper cups which were flimsy and dangerous, I burnt and blistered my hands from just carrying the cup, so would reccomend the hotel change to use polyester cups.
Staff. Kids entertainments
Staff were lovely. No tea at breakfast!!! Smell beside our room was horrendous
Not a lot
Great location, in the centre of the Hippie Market of Punta Arabi. Facilities like pool and footballcourt were great.
The room was smelling like a locker room of a gym. We told the reception that it smelled like funghis and the technician was sent. It didnt matter. The room was ok but the smell was awful. Also, the hotel couldnt take on to many people in the restaurant. 9/10 days we cleaned our own tables and stood in the rain for half an our to het in with an infant and toddler. Not cool.
Situated in Santa Eulalia del Rio, this beach resort is within a 10-minute walk of Punta Arabi Hippy Market and Cala Martina. Palacio de Congresos de Ibiza and Marina Santa Eulalia are also within 3 mi (5 km).
