Pros:Very close to the boardwalk, had everything I needed

Pros:I liked the location the best. It was so close to the beach and close to everything I wanted to do.
Cons:It was dirty. The lamp shades were stained and not straight. The drawers were broken and stained inside. The bathroom had someone else's hair in it. It was the dirtiest place I had ever stayed. I seriously thought I was going to end up sick after. I just wish they look the time to clean and replace things that clearly were stained. I wouldn't recommend this motel to a friend. I would tell them paying more to go elsewhere is definitely worth it. Yuck.
Pros:The location and price are the reasons I would return.
Cons:The mattress and pillows were very low quality. Next time I will bring our own pillows.
Pros:The hotel was close to the beach and board walk. Great location.
Cons:The hotel is old and looks old when you walk in the room. The bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. The blanket on the bed was gross!! Looked like it hadn't been washed in years. There's other hotels within the area that I wish I would have checked out first.
Pros:I enjoyed the close proximity to the ocean and boardwalk as well as the view of the river
Cons:The room was small. The bathroom was dirty with hair in the shower from previous guests. The blankets were gross and outdated. They only gave 2 pillows on the very very uncomfortable bed.
Pros:It is within walking distance of downtown and the Boardwalk. Cheap prices.
Cons:The refrigerator wasn't turned on, so was useless. I was expecting a smoking room from the online description, but apparently the motel has changed to all non-smoking rooms. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere, always call before booking.
Pros:The guy behind the counter was polite and helpful.
Cons:Everything else. The rooms were old, smelly, and most of the stuff in the room was threadbare or broken (e.g., the bathroom light). The soap and shampoo were the lowest quality. The towels were rough, small, and old. The pillows were hard as rocks. The TV was a 15 year old tube model. All of this for $300/night. Don't stay here.
