Have stayed at this hotel about 7 times in the past 11 years. The problem with it is that there are very few options when it comes to onsite dining. It was a problem before the pandemic, and is even more of a problem now. They have closed down their main restaurant, so your only other options are a very small menu in the Evolution bar/lounge (admittedly the food is excellent), a sushi bar, and a grab-and-go market and coffee bar (which gets very busy in the morning as it's the only place with breakfast items). Of course the prices are through the roof, but you expect that in any decent hotel. The pandemic just means that service takes longer due to fewer staff, though they did their best. If you don't have a car you are limited to delivery from outside restaurants (when available), walking close to a mile to get to anything (the area is mostly business parks), or taking bus or light rail (though the rail system there only goes east and west).

Cons:Parking should’ve been included. Instead we got a surprise that there was a $25/day parking fee!
Pros:Rooms are clean and modern, nice swimming pool area and hot tub. Big spacious bar and restaurant.

Pros:The room had excellent climate control. Heater worked great and kept the room very warm. AC worked great also... kept room at the temperature I entered in the thermostat.
Cons:Hot Tub was a bit crowded and all the good tables were taken at the restaurant and bar.
Pros:I stayed at this hotel for the Taylor Swift concert. The lobby was themed with Taylor Swift music and had a Taylor Swift photo booth section. I feel bad for any gues not attending the concert because fans were everywhere before and after the concert. I stayed with my Sister, Mom, and two kids. We all fit into a double bedroom with a roll-out bed. Also, I upgraded our room to a view of Levi’s Stadium which was amazing! The pool is great. The bar is delicious. Plus FREE parking!!
Cons:I wish the rooms had a sofa bed and mini fridge. They do not! Also, complimentary breakfast would be nice.

Cons:They gave my pre-paid room with 2 beds, away to someone else because they double booked rooms. Horrible!
Pros:Room was excellent, except my city view was a view of the stadium. Can't really complain about that though it was fine. They even sent up a bathrobe to my room when I asked.
Cons:There was some youth convention going on which wasn't really a problem. However it took me a while to get on the elevator to get to my room
Cons:Was given a double bed instead of a king. Uncomfortable and had to sleep in two different beds
