Pros (+) I’ve stayed here maybe 15 times, I really genuinely enjoy my experience; the location, breakfast, rooms.
Cons (-) I checked in and the staff said I was upgraded, hmm, I thought, that is what they say every time. Unfortunately, the upgraded room was on the 7th floor facing a street and there were ear plugs next to the bed. Ear plugs! Because the windows are so thin you can hear every car driving by at all hours of the night. Two nights of terrible sleep. Beware of upgrades to room 722!
