Pros (+) Location was ideal.
Cons (-) We were initially allocated a standard twin room, there was a red substance smeared on the wall which look like blood, there was also thick grime built up around the rim of the toilet. When we reported our concerns, the staff were quick to act and moved us to a far superior room which met our expectations. The rest of our stay went well.
