Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location near attractions and amenities. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, particularly due to ant infestations in rooms and bathrooms. The pool was frequently unavailable or in poor condition, disappointing many guests. Several reviewers also found the sofa beds uncomfortable, and noise from other guests was a recurring complaint. Overall, while the service and location were strong points, maintenance and comfort issues detracted from the experience.
