Pros:My and my husband have stayed here a handful of times and we love it. Great value, great location and can bike to beaches. Rooms are always clean and comfortable and have a mini fridge and microwave. Awesome place!

Pros:It was near the Community House where we worked at the shell show 3days. Easy to drive to.
Cons:Toilet too Low without any grab bars. Not enough shelf space in bathroom. No small packets of shampoo. Having to take care of putting towels in container, then having to get clean ones out for use the next day. We used the coffee pot and coffee was not replaced for the next day. TV control was lousy. No list of channels we could get on TV. Had to ask for a hair dryer. We were not informed that we had to ask. The on and off switches on the lamps. Had trouble reaching down to find the switch that was on the wire. Had to ask for someone to come in to make beds, but they never emptied the trash cans.

Pros:We stay at the Anchor Inn every time we come to Sanibel Island. We absolutely love it there. Friendly staff, pet friendly. I stayed there with my daughter and 2 dachshunds. Good value for your money. They bend over backwards to make sure we are comfortable during our stay. We stayed for a week this time. Discovered the washer and dryer for us to use also! That was a big plus! Nice little area to wash your seashells and a pool also! Horseshoes, bikes are all available too! Great place to stay. Can't wait to go back!

Pros:The shuffle board game because we had never played it before.
Cons:The ants on the sink and table. Tiny shower that made me feel like I was back k at my locker room in high school.

Pros:We stayed in one of the A-frame cottages -- LOVED it! Totally cute and roomy. Everyone felt instantly at home, even our dog! With the full kitchen we only went out to eat once, which saved money. The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. The pool was heated to a nice temperature -- even I got in it, and I'm a wuss if it's even a little bit cool. It was actually warm. Beaches are within driving distance of about five minutes. We rented a fishing pole and had a blast. Great family memories and I hope we can make Anchor Inn & Cottages an annual family getaway.
Cons:Although the cottage was pretty clean and tidy, it could have been a bit more clean. There were what looked to be dead bugs on top of the cabinets, which are clearly visible from the loft bedroom. Also, the ashtray outside on the railing of the loft bedroom's porch was full of cigarette butts.
