Pros (+) They were super accommodating with my extremely late check out, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable.
Cons (-) The pool was drained but that’s no fault of the staff

Pros (+) Close to Cedar Point.
Cons (-) Front desk staff was more concerned with their phones than helping customers. Rooms were clean although toilet paper was not restocked. The soap is some nasty fragrance from Bath & Body Works. No free breakfast or coffee.
Pros (+) Overall, the hotel was great. I stayed here about 8 years ago prior to the renovations. The hotel looks and feels like it should cost more than it does. No one told me I could’ve moved my car to the other entrance to be closer to the elevator. Beyond that, I wish there was an indoor pool, but that’s not enough to sway my decision about the hotel either way.
