Third time still very good
On my third visit to this hotel I was pleased that the quality was still has a superior rating from me. Enjoyed my stay again.
Great staff through the hotel, from the front desk anf restaurant to the maintenance and cleaning staff. Good size rooms. Great gym on top floor. Overall very good.
The pool could should have a more private feel. It's right next to the restaurant and the pool furniture is not the best.
Room and shower were exceptional. Lots of hot water; elevators respond quickly.
The hotel attempted to charge me $40 more for my one night than did Priceline. They did, however, come down to the lower figure upon checkout. The buffet breakfast in the 10th floor Executive lounge was only mediocre.
Offering views of the San Salvador volcano, this relaxed hotel surrounded by shops and eateries is an 11-minute walk from Museo de Arte de El Salvador. It's 43 km from El Salvador International Airport.
The unassuming rooms have flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi (fee) and marble bathrooms. Upgraded rooms add volcano views. Room service is available 24/7. Kids age 11 and under stay for no extra charge in a family member's room.
Parking is complimentary. There are 2 elegant restaurants; 1 features warm wood-paneling, coffered ceilings and leather seats. Other amenities include an outdoor pool, a poolside bar and a fitness center, plus a spa and a ballroom.
