I wasn't expecting such a great place. The staff was super friendly, we were greeted with a complimentary beverage and they were super helpful. Take into consideration that staff is always available to help so you can tip some of them. You also have to keep in mind that some fees will be charged additionally to the price for your stay. The view is amazing!
I know this has nothing to do with the hotel itself but the beach isn't great to swim, the tide is very aggressive. You can spend your time in the pools and tanning on the sand. I saw some people fishing, if you are into it, you can do that.
The views! From every vantage point, the views are superb. At first we didn't like the idea of using golf carts to get around, but after day one we really appreciated the fast, friendly mode of transport..
Wifi connect using a computer was impossible. - I gave up and just used my phone
The staff is excellent they make you feel welcome all the time ! The Bell boys are so nice, polite, great customer services, willing to go above and beyond. The restaurant are divine, delicious food and excellent services . The pool staff are great . Every where you go inside the resort is spotless, clean and everyone is ready to help you. The rooms are beautiful and the views spectacular. The staff is for excellence the best. Definitely we’ll be back .
The resort is very well kept and the architecture is very nice. The staff is kind and helpful.
The food in the restaurant was of very poor quality in comparison with the overall standard of the resort.
I liked the earthy look of the room. I loved the adobe style on the outside.
The beach is not swimmable. It was difficult to get back to the front desk without a cart ride or by climbing massive steps. On our last day we had to call for a cart 3 times... we stood outside in the heat for 15 mins waiting for a cart.
Club Regina Los Cabos rises above the shoreline where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Every unit faces the ocean and from many units you can enjoy colorful sunsets and sunrises from your terrace. From November through March, it is not unusual to see whales playing in front of the resort. The resort is a mecca for those seeking the best under the Baja sun from championship golf courses to some of the best sports fishing in the world.
