Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's breakfast offerings and find the beds to be comfortable, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, there are repeated complaints about the quality of service, particularly at the reception, with reports of unhelpful or unfriendly staff and issues with customer attention. While some guests enjoyed amenities like the pool and restaurant, others noted that the hotel is dated and in need of renovation. Overall, the positives center on breakfast and bed comfort, but service is a notable area for improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
