This is easily one of the best hotels in San Jose. It is a great value for the money. The staff is incredibly nice. The restaurant and bar food is excellent. And the breakfast is SUPERB. My family with young children has stayed at least a half-dozen times. Every time my kids say this is their favorite hotel ever. They especially enjoy the pool (with waterfalls!) and hot tub.

Pros (+) The staff are always friendly and call you by name. Facilities always clean and organized. Very good and tasty free breakfast. I am always happy with their beds and the rooms are very spacious. Bathrooms are always clean and stocked.

Cons (-) Google maps directed me to the back side of the hotel and the area behind the hotel is a bit sketchy at night. The hotel has a guard and a fence so it is safe
