Pros (+) I think the best part of this hotel is the customer service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They always provided information about food, transportation, or simply tips of places to visit or go on tours. The rooms were amazing, the ones I stayed were new. Free breakfast was great too. And for the most part it was pretty clean and located in a safe environment.
Cons (-) the location is far from the beaches and pretty much everything else.
