The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. The did their best to sanitize the hotel during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dogs are welcome.
Personally the mattress was too soft for me. We also stayed there during the COVID-19 pandemic only coffee/tea was available in the lobby (would rather if they would offer tea/coffee inside the room).
We loved our room!!!! Cute furnishings and super comfy bed. We have a Street view and it’s nice. Not too loud - just your normal city sounds.
Only complaint would be that the refrigerator wasn't good at cooling or getting cold. coffee machine was somewhat troublesome to operate as well. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay at.
Room 202 Very nice ad perfect for our needs
Great location, beautiful decor, everything comfortable

Laurel Hill has its very own bar and restaurant located on the first floor. It is called the Laureate Bar & Lounge and was designed by popular San Francisco design studio RPM. The bar here is proud to represent San Francisco wine, beer, and spirits, with a drink list that is made up almost exclusively with local beverages. The talented bartenders here have come up with several unique creations for thirsty vacationers to try like the Cindy Lou Hoo with St. George Terrior Gin, rosemary simple syrup, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and fever free tonic water.
