We enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff.
Pros:Nice room, comfy bed, very nice staff
Pros:Receptionist was great!
Cons:Some power outlets were not working.
Pros:I liked the hot tub, which is open from morning to 10pm. Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff are also very friendly and courteous. I like the grab and go breakfast they have at the front counter every morning at the front counter. Also this hotel was a close drive distance from Mission Beach.
Cons:I didn't like the breakfast; very mediocre . The "fresh cut fruit" wasn't fresh at all. It tasted like all the fruit came from one can. Beverages were just awful tasting, but okay for a quick breakfast I guess.
Pros:It was clean and comfortable, staff was nice.
Cons:The prices in the shop are absolutely insane...charging for coffee and tea?! And then to park, like there are any other options. That's theft.
Cons:Room 404 was too warm !
Pros:The hotel was clean and everyone was nice upon arrival.
Cons:The walls were very thin. We could hear our neighbor's conversations and were woken up around 4am by some loud bass downstairs. Pretty disappointing considering everything else about the place was really nice.
Pros:I enjoyed the overall hotel but did not like the way everyone was checked in. I called serveral times to see if I could do a early check in 30 mins before 4pm. I was told to call back in an hour to see the status of the room. Still wasn't ready. We arrived about 30 mins before check in time and was still told it wasn't ready. Left to go grab dinner and came back aroun 4:45pm to check in and had to wait in line for over 30 mins. The rooms were nice, but the beds were very squeaky. Very uncomfortable
Pros:Close to airport. Parking was free and infront..
Cons:They did not call up for wake up. It was a disappointment. Tight quarters in the bathroom. The toilet situated too close to tub and basin.
Pros:They are so friendly at this hotel. We stay here all the time. It just happens to be in an area we need to be near. It also helps to have a Club level room. Free breakfast, snacks,etc.That way you feel like you are at home.
Cons:This is an older hotel so the size of the bathroom was just barely adequate. I also don't like paying for parking but the cost was minimal. Other than that I can't say anything else negative about the hotel.
