Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness and convenient location, with several reviews highlighting the comfort of the rooms and the friendliness of some staff members. However, there are recurring complaints about noise levels, lack of amenities such as breakfast or bar service, and occasional issues with service quality and maintenance. Overall, the positive mentions of cleanliness and location stand out, but there are areas for improvement in amenities and noise insulation.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) Staff could have been a little nicer. Our family came from all over to bury our grandmother the next day. It was packed and not enough help.
Pros (+) The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The bed and room were comfortable and kept clean. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful.
Cons (-) The shower pressure and tub could have been better. The most important thing was that the Wi-Fi connectivity was extremely low and I could not use it for most of my stay. One elevator was broken and it took a very, very long time to use the elevator at all. One day, both elevators were broken and we had to use the staff elevator, but at least that was faster.
