The staff were exceptional! Everyone was courteous and friendly, AND FedEx office 2 staff in particular the lady with dark longish hair and her long term colleague Rudy were my favorites! Great fun folks.

Pros (+) Staff was excellent, the grounds were beautiful and amenities were great. Of course kids loved the water park. Food was pretty good, typical hotel food.
Cons (-) It's ridiculous the amount of money spent here. Cabanas are way overpriced, food overpriced, and every kids activity was an extra charge. It felt like a kids frat party--i think this reflects more on the guests than hotel. I've come to expect a certain level of decency at JW but this just felt like a step down. No recognition as a platinum member. we went midweek and that was good as I heard crowd...

Pros (+) For a JW Marriott, the hotel is "very tired" in need of restoration. The tables in the lobby bar were chipped and in bad condition. The leather armchair in the bedroom was dried and cracked - should be replaced. Towels were not of the quality one would expect in JW Marriott. The standard of JW Marriotts outside of the US is far superior.
