Pros (+) The staff initially was friendly and courteous but eventually that was not the case.
Cons (-) The staff we not able to fix the problems with the rooms. They were rude and annoyed with our multiple calls for assistance just getting into the rooms due to the door not accepting any of the 9 cards that were created for the one room. I would do a trip to a holiday Inn again, just not this location

Pros (+) The convenience to the river walk was nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) No shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We also reserved two rooms one with a king bed and another with two double beds however they gave the king bed away to someone else and we ended up with double beds in each.
