Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, clean and modern rooms, and convenient location near downtown and the river. Many appreciated the comfortable beds, remodeled interiors, and amenities like the bar and breakfast options. However, a major downside frequently mentioned was the high level of street and road noise, which affected sleep quality for many guests. Some also noted issues with value for price and occasional lapses in cleanliness or room amenities, but overall, the positive service and cleanliness stood out.
