Pros: We liked everything! The location was easy to get to by bus which stopped almost to the front of the property. It was out of the hustle and bustle area and more semi rural... The decor in all areas of the property was so tastefully appointed... We loved the colour scheme and beautiful timber furniture.. The design in the dining room was so beautiful and very comfortable. Our room had quality fittings in the bathroom and had everything we needed.... everything was thought of. There was a hair dryer, magnification mirror which I loved, tissues, toiletries and an awesome huge shower rose and hand held shower. There was even a mini bar with very reasonably priced beer. Hubby was happy! We had a kettle, tea bags, coffee and milk capsules as well. We included breakfast and so glad we did... it was great! So much to choose from... eggs, cold meats, assorted cheeses, cereals, fruit, 3 types of quality bread, toppings and 3 varieties of cake! And beautifully presented. Daniela and Simon were friendly, very helpful and professional. They should be congratulated and we definitely highly recommend their beautiful property.

Cons: There isn't an onsite laundry facility & the closest one is a 15 min car ride. This didn't affect our stay what so ever & it shouldn't affect your decision to stay at this beautiful family owned & operated bed & breakfast.

Pros: We loved staying at this hotel. We booked a triple room and all of the beds were great & super comfortable, in a beautifully decorated room and modern bathroom with strong shower pressure. We noticed the great discounted price, with the note of a noisy room. This did not affect us too much, the hotel is just renovating the kitchen downstairs so there was some noise and some noise off the street but it was ok & worth the price. The room also has a Nespresso machine for coffee which was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, short walk across the bridge to the old town. Many restaurants and shops close by.

Also, it takes no more than 10 minutes to reach all main attractions in the hostel. The hostel is very clean and peaceful. The bathroom inside the guest room is awesome. Cons: We stayed there as it fitted our budget AND stated the rooms were non smoking. However, the main floor seemed to be smoking central for the neighbourhood and doors were left open resulting in the entire building reeking of smoke, even our bedroom causing us both to have an asthma reaction after being in our room for less than an hour with door closed. It was really bad.

Cons: Instant coffee is not always that bad, but they only had instant cappuccino flavored coffee which was sad (though only because I am too lazy in the morning to go out for a proper cup prior to needing to leave the room). I loved the comfort of the room, but I do wish the curtains had been a bit heavier to block out the street light. My complaints are nit picky really, I enjoyed this location very much!

Cons: Staff left before 8pm and refused to answer calls , just left a message to guests for check-in instructions. There are not enough parking spaces, so late comers will probably have to park the car somewhere else. And there is no kettle in the room, but hot water supply on ground floor stops from 10pm-7am, it's really not convenient.

Cons: As we checked in, we were given a confusing message regarding the overall price of the room, but, anyway, at the end we paid the sum agreed via e-mail prior to our arrival. Parking time limitation (3 hours) along Bayernstrasse makes day parking uneasy.

Pros: The arrangement of the room was old Austrian style with old wooden furnitures. The location is good. Staff are polite.
Cons: The facilities in the room could be better.few hangers for clothes can be added.The cupboard is Old style and we liked it. But inside can be little cleaner. The rugs can be little cleaner as well. One window of a room was little broken. Though it did have a second layer of glass. But we could not open fully. That can be changed. The major problem was wifi. It has some guest wifi which doesnt connect and it could be fixed. Breakfast was not good and can be improved by adding an omlette or scrambled egg, some fresh bread, muffins etc. for the price we are paying.

Pros: Absolutely great place, very unique set in an old traditional style building. We loved every moment of our stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage there early in the day before check in. The in house restaurant was also amazing. Great service and the best schnitzel I've ever had. Definitely recommend 10/10

Pros: The location is good
Cons: The room and the bed is not clean. We stayed three nights. We found bugs in our bed, on the pillows and the wall at the first night. We see something like '' Blood'' after we killed it. Even though they cleand the room, we still found some on the 2nd & 3rd night, and its just on the pillows, next to my face!!!! Also, always can hear the bell rings from the outside, which is quite annoying. Because it's rings every 15-20 minutes.
