The location was ideal . The recommendations given by the person at reception was excellent .
Nice location and easy to park the car
For being a 5 stars hotel it was quite outdated, some of the things in our room were broken, like the top of the toilet, a bulb lamp in the room and the beds were a bit uncomfortable. These are things you could expect from a 3 stars hotel but not for 5. The staff was very helpful and friendly but they should definitely downgrade the stars or fix the hotel a bit.
This is a very comfortable and luxurious hotel in a good location for exploring Salamanca. It is a really restful place to sleep, and the valet parking meant that we could forget our car for 4 days, which was a real treat. The staff are very efficient, and everything works well (perhaps a little extra charm on the front desk would be nice). We enjoyed the stay, and were sad to leave town.
Although the view from the breakfast room is great - you can look out over the city, the breakfast itself lets the hotel down. We opted for a breakfastless deal, then decided to try it on day 2. You can get a better breakfast a bar almost anywhere in Salamanca for half the price, so we breakfasted in a bar the other days. The coffee machines need to be thrown in a skip, as one was not working, and the other produced a warm beverage tasting slightly of chocolate, but not at all of coffee. The one plus about the breakfast was the very charming staff, who saw our horror at how disgusting the coffee was, and made us a better one somewhere out back. We were rather disappointed in all the breakfast products, they really didn't seem to be of a high quality, which you'd put up with in a 2- star, but is not acceptable in a hotel like this. Can I suggest the manager actually drinks a cup of their disgusting coffee? Mind you, he'd be a braver man than me- I couldn't finish mine.
Comfortable stay and good breakfast
Great location, huge suite terrific value
No tea/ coffee facilities in room. People may be put off by lavish over the top classic furnishings.

Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
