Pros: Great location near to the beach, bars and restaurants and 5 minutes by car to Sainte Maxime. Big rooms, spotless clean, very comfortable bed, parking, pool. Everything was just amazing. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hosts are extremely polite. Thank you. Vamos Rafa:)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A great little hotel, right across the coastal road from the beach and several beachfront restaurants. The grounds, pool and decks/balconies all make for great outdoor space. The rooms are well sorted, clean, and a little beachy but modern. The hotel is owned by a very outgoing, kind and helpful man and his lovely wife. He took every reasonable step to ensure we had a good stay, breakfast and made great restaurant recommendations. He even helped me unwrap a plastic bag that got caught in my wheel/breaks.

7.9 Good
Pros: It is placed next to the beach, easy accès by car to the port and even to get to port Grimaud. Beautiful view to the ocean!
Cons: The bathtub wasn’t clean, and the floor was sticky... The beds are too hard to have a good sleep also
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The view was amazing, the pool was just as pretty as in the pictures. Location was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Although there was a bit of a language barrier, we were still greeted beautifully and offered complimentary wine on arrival. Had lots of info for us and the lady who greeted us did her best to tell us everything we needed to know and more. Stunning views, very quiet and we were extremely pleased. A hidden gem
6.7 Good
Pros: Location and Views
Cons: No reception. Many steep stairs to rooms. Steep drive to limited parking. Rooms basic but adequate.
6.3 Good
Pros: Amazing venue with a beautiful view. Swimming pool and garden are beautiful.
Cons: Our studio was supposed to have sea view. Not only it didn’t have a sea view, it even didn’t have a window. It was supposed to have an Apple TV & Netflix - the first didn’t exist, the second didn’t work. Items of basic needs (toilet paper!!!) were very limited.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: There honestly wasn't much.
Cons: This place was so bad that we left after 2 days. The photos on the booking site are not accurate, the room are much smaller than they appear. The rooms are not very clean. They do not provide even the most modest of amenities like trash bags, salt and pepper, etc. You get: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap, 2 Nespresso capsules and some towels; that is about all. Access to the property isn't very easy, either. It is in a gated holiday community. When you get there, you will have fun in trying to manoeuvre your unfamiliar rental car up a very steep hill with narrow rock walls on either side in order to arrive at a parking lot that is the size of a postage stamp (It was like playing the board game Operation for cars). Other guests will enjoy seeing you try to do a U-turn in order to get out of the property and loath the fact that they, too, will need to do the same thing anytime they forget to buy coffee filters and have to go back to the shop for the 6th time because there are so many things missing. This place is not child friendly or for people with any disability because there are a lot of uneven stairs and the step edges are very sharp. We decided to leave because the whole stay was far from relaxing and it felt very claustrophobic and isolated. We left, assuming that the room would be cleaned, albeit not very well, by the host since we paid a few thousand pounds for the privilege. When we explained why we left, we had a very unprofessional email. Apparently, we left and trashed the place like The Who's Keith Moon (without the Rolls Royce). We were told of phenomenal amounts of wine being consumed, cigarette buts everywhere, damaged curtains, etc. when in reality we just left the beds undone, some chicken in the fridge, a few bottles of wine on the counter and an ashtray not emptied. She said that she was disappointed that I didn't confront her personally, I offered to come see her. She said if I did, she would call the cops. The host is nuts.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Spectacular views great location with Saint Maxime one side and Saint Tropez the other. Lovely owner greeted us with drinks and information on arrival.
Cons: Bed a little hard for me.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The heatet pool with the great view was wonderful :)
Cons: Rien
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this place was magical. Was sad to leave.
Cons: The worst thing about staying at this property is Leaving
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This place has an INCREDIBLE view, each studio apartment has a little front lounge area with chairs to take in the amazing view. The pool is what makes this place amazing. You can sit in the pool and see the ocean, wish we had more time to enjoy this great amenity. The women hostess was incredibly friendly, and though she didn't speak any English (we were fine with that and didn't expect her to), she tried her best to make sure we had everything we had. The room itself was great, bathroom was fantastic (loved the high water pressure!).
Cons: The one downside was that we had a hard time getting into the place. As our international cellphones didn't work, we didn't receive the text message she had sent us with the two gate codes. The first gate, someone eventually let us in. The second gate (to the actual property), required us to stand outside for a really long time. Eventually, we paid long distance international roaming for our cellphone (which isn't cheap) just so we could call her to let us in. I realized she tried to contact us, but in the future, it would be helpful to have a note on listings saying a gate code is required to get in, so that international travelers have a heads up and can attempt to contact the hosts via messaging (through this website) when they have Wifi in advance.

My friend & I returned after 4 years & had a wonderful greeting. Always looking tip top, lovely surroundings.
Cons: Absolutely Nothing!! Adorable from whichever way you looked. Thought alcohol was a little overpriced & perhaps could have a better choice catering for gluten free breakfast (I’m allergic).

7.9 Good
Pros: Wonderful view of the sea from our balcony. Beach just a few steps away. Perfume from the profuse jasmine in the entrance courtyard, a good place to sit in the evening with a beer.

Pros: Thank you for having us. The jam was delicious

Pros: Excellently situated, very nice and clean rooms.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This hotel has the best seaview! It was like in a dream overlooking the whole coastline! The owner is very very nice, always in a good mood- its a small hotel and you feel like home! Also very good in my opinion was the coffee, which is very important- there is fresh coffee every morning which does not come from automatic cappuccino machine- it is normal filter coffee and you can take as much as you wish- it tastes much better than this automatic cappuccino making coffee you normally get in a hotel! Also there is a little shop where you can get fine food from france! The room was cosy and very nicely decorated with blue and white colours. The beach is a 2 minutes walk from the hotel, but its rocky. To swim, you will have to be good in climbing or go to a sandy beach nearby. It was very very nice to stay there!
5.8 Okay
Pros: View and cleaness
Cons: Price paid compared with other othel and accomodation
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The nearby beach, the staff, calm rooms
Cons: The optional breakfast was a bit expensive

Pros: Spotlessly clean. Very welcoming and accommodating owners. Excellent air con. Great pool.
Cons: We couldn't get the gas bbq to work.
6.3 Good
Pros: The pool is very nice and the house is located in a quite and beautiful area. There is an outdoor kitchen which can be used by everyone - including grill and everything you need. Within the room there is a fridge and Airconditioning. The owners are very nice and helpful. Parking spots are directly on side.
Cons: The room was very tiny and dark. We only found one plug for charging. Towels were a little bit smelly - maybe not washed hot enough or maybe due to missing ventilation in the bathroom?! Pricing compared to what you get is ok- for the region probably good. Unfortunately the outdoor kitchen was not shown at the check-in, otherwise we would have really liked to use it.
7.5 Good
Pros: Pool was lovely and the location very quiet. The lady who runs the establishment is very friendly and helpful. Nice shower room.

Pros: Lovely family run hotel, location is perfect for the beach, walkable distance to shops & restaurants. Hotel is a bit basic and the decor is a bit old, but our family room was clean & spacious, WiFi was good, breakfast was very good. Air conditioning in the room was very good too. The only slight problem we had was the draining in the bath/shower was slow.
Cons: We wish we could stay longer!!!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Small room
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We had a lovely, comfortable room overlooking the sea. Parking was right across the street. The owners/managers were onsite most of the time as they are remodeling the hotel and garden. This will be a wonderful property when remodeling is complete. It is a 15 minute drive into Sainte-Maxim and we spent a nice day there, but were glad to return to our quiet hotel to escape the crowd.
Cons: The hotel was farther out of town than we expected. in fact, it is not in Sainte-Maxim at all, but just outside a little town down the road. There is no food at the hotel and limited choices within walking distance. But there are several choices a short drive into town. There is no elevator.
7.9 Good

Cons: no real bathroom - included in room and very small directly at the big road
7.1 Good
Pros: Near beach friendly owner

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice view from our room, owners/managers were very anxious to make us feel at home and comfortable. Although located on a busy street, across from the beach, the room was quiet at night.

6.3 Good
Pros: The pool was very inviting and nicely situated. Dinner was served on site and very exceptable.
Cons: The main, fast road is very close. It is very dark in the building. The bed was against the wall on my side. Bit tired looking and the bathroom very old.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Spacious, peaceful, clean, air con, pool, restaurant on site
Cons: A little far out of town
6.3 Good
Cons: Please do not provide the wrong information To your clients.you wrote super breakfest but wé have received only bread and marmelade.next time tell the true otherwise wé Will complain much more.please do not lie!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent accommodation with quality restaurant and welcoming staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location lovely pool Room was excellent breakfast was good
Cons: There were lots of ants on our veranda which meant we couldn’t sit outside. Ants also in bathroom
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This was a good base for a weekend stay near to the coast late in the season. Parking on site was good and easy to access direct from the bedroom terrace. The onsite pool was welcome after a long drive. The restaurant is the main business so provides better choice than the hotel size would justify.
Cons: Be aware that the restaurant closes one night per week (which did not affect us). Breakfast was continental with fresh bread and pastry, but would have been improved with a little more choice to include cereal or yoghurt as example. We did not find good walking routes directly from the hotel site as the easiest track to access stays close to the busy main road.

Cons: The second room was small and the bed. Like the first room much more!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. The pool next to the sea and the sun terrace were just fantastic. The staff were so kind and welcoming and the night porter even offered to make us coffee when we had to leave at six thirty for our flight. We didn’t eat at the hotel as it was quite expensive. There was parking on site which is very useful.
Cons: We had the room above reception and it was very noise and only had a curtain between the room and the en-suite !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel, room and experience The town is just wonderful very recommended !

Cons: The only thing I would say is the price of breakfast at 30 euros But if you walk into ste Maxime you can get breakfast for around 12 euros with coffee But that’s personal choice
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good coffee and fabulous panoramic views from the room and restaurant. Small private beach.
Cons: We did find the mattress too hard and the air con noisy. The breakfast was expensive for what it included. You are very much paying for the fabulous views from the restaurant rather than the range of breakfast items. Hot menu items are additional extras on top. No 24h room service.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location (central but still quiet, near the beach and restaurants), room had “all needs”, breakfast was fresh, hotel well maintained, nice small pool, nice with wine and snacks provided each evening (from 7 to 8 pm), clean rooms, parking garage available 100m away (extra fee)
Cons: Same breakfast each morning so can be a bit boring for a longer stay, as well missing any kind of vegetable in the breakfast, poor information provided with check in (even basic information was missing), parking house construction view from our room was not “nice”, we booked two rooms since we are a family of 4 and one of room with a “patio” but it was same as the other one and not “patio” as we could see. We booked an extra package which they missed but after the feedback they provided directly. A bit too small rooms. In general a good place to stay but a bit too “pricey” of value you get.
7.1 Good
Pros: Bar /reception staff very helpful & friendly !
Cons: Room very small overlooking carpark which had massive building works going on so not a good view out of second floor window ! No tea/coffee facilities in room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: wellcoming staff and good location
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved the pool and the bed.
Cons: The view of construction work wasn't nice. Breakfast wasn't very good. Shower isn't great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is central and perfect for St Maxine & the ferry for Saint Tropez, however the lack of a car park is annoying. The outdoor bar area and swimming pool is lovely. Had no complaints at all. One of the few hotels that can adequately accommodate a family of four comfortably in one room.
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect and the structure of the Holtel is very good. Breakfast is delicious.
Cons: Rooms are a bit too small
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel is great - within a few minutes walk to the seafront and beach. Also in an easy walk of many restaurants. The hotel has a swimming pool with very comfortable loungers which has sun and shaded areas all day. Every evening they provide wine, homemade lemonade and different types of tapanade which is great - by the way this is available for an hour each evening and is complimentary which is most welcomed! The breakfast has a good selection of continental, ham, cheese, hard boiled eggs, fruit, fresh juices etc. The room was a good size and cool from good air conditioning and the beds extremely comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful too. A new larger parking lot is being build directly opposite the hotel so parking will be easy again soon for clients.
Cons: Not many negatives however they do not serve food in the evening so you have to go out and find food. Although the lunch menu looks varied, it is not that impressive but both of these food issues are easily cured by a short walk down the hill to the first restaurant who serves food all day at a reasonable price. The room was well decorated (perhaps recently) but the bathroom was a little old fashioned with areas of black grouting, rusted trolley for shelving and the extractor didn't seem to work - guess they will get to refurbishing the bathroom to match the bedroom soon.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was astonishing good, they offered different really good cakes, we have the opportunity to taste the tropézienne caze (so good). Also the personnel was so kind in our arrival and leaving. Location it is really excelent, near St.Tropez and Saint Maxime it is really nice town and it has very nice beaches.
Cons: The room was little small and the air freshener was so strong and when we arrived was bothering a little. The place it seems little old-fashioned, but for the price I think it is one of the best options you will find around.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast in the garden was so sweet
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, close to the centre of Saint Maxime and not far away from Saint Tropez. Very friendly personnel. Special regards to Madame and Messier - the owners who entertain guests with their stories. Madame offers delicious organic confiture made by herself of apricots and lemons - a must to buy. Merci beaucoup
7.5 Good
Pros: Proximity to the beach and restaurants. Nice reception area.
Cons: Small hotel a 5-minute walk from the beach. Accomodation in St.Maxime is overpriced and this hotel is no exeption. It seems to have been refurbished but it lacked the 'new hotel' feel for me. The bathroom was small and the shower tiny - I barely managed to wash myself(( Also hotel staff wasn't very corteous while communicating via messages.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, 1 minute walk from the promenade/beach. Superb breakfast, home made jam plus additional pancakes, staff were outstanding, extremely friendly, gave us some useful information about the area. Fast and convenient check in/out
Cons: Rooms facing the street can be a little noisy. Friday night maybe? The carpet was unusual, was expecting tiles...
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast. Home made. Great hosts. Super friendly. Highly recommended!
10.0 Excellent

7.1 Good
Pros: Good location lovely room with part sea view. Staff very friendly and spoke good English.
Cons: Quite expensive for a Best Western
7.5 Good
Pros: The property had some really likable features, it is well designed, modern and clean. It is almost a typical designer hotel with many features looking good but not being really functional
Cons: The bathroom is a designer catastrophe. The shower head is on the wrong side of the shower guard, resulting in the floor looking like a swimming pool after just one shower. Breakfast staff was just standing around talking and not serving. We ordered grilled dorade for dinner, instead were served grilled loup de mer with the comment that they were out of dorade. I would have expected to be asked beforehand, and would have certainly made a different choice.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is ideal: airport bus stop to Roissy/Orly and Metro station is very near from the hotel. We can go anywhere in Paris very easily. Although the hotel is located in very active area in Montparnasse, once stepping in the room, it’s quite silent. This is an important point point for us. This time, we could sleep well even in a summer festival day outside! The lobby is compact but has a chic and relaxing atmosphere. Good for meeting spot with our friends in Paris. The front staffs are very kind and very helpful in information, advices and other services. In visiting other beautifull area in France, we often have our big suitcases kept by backyard of hotel. We like to stay at Hotel Waldorf Montparnasse whenever we visit Paris. M.I stayed on 21 Jun 2019
Cons: We always prefer a room with bath tab . We missed bath gel this time this time.
6.0 Good
Pros: Great sea view if you book a sea view room...short walk to town..Maida on reception is very good!
Cons: VERY small rooms/bathrooms/dated No towels available for sunbed/loungers You can hear the road from sea view rooms rooms are noisy..no real soundproofing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The pool and the sun beds are great, especially in the morning. Get up and go down between 8.00 - 9.00 and you will get the 1st hour or so to yourself. The staff are excellent and very helpful and you are less than 10 mins walk from the town centre. We had a lovely room, overlooking the bay of St Tropez, watching all the “gin palaces”, rolling into port, in the afternoon. We stayed out on our balcony until about 10.00 pm, at night. Lovely restaurants in the town but the food is also very good at the hotel. Fabulous 3 days.
Cons: Nothing.
7.0 Good
Pros: Beautiful views of ocean below. An amazing large terrace. Good breakfast.
Cons: Infrastructure. Terrible wi-fi, front-desk would close at 12 and not even a phone call could be transferred to the a room, etc.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent suite super helpful friendly staff & a fab location for town & beach ...also parking too!
Cons: Nothing
7.1 Good
Pros: Location is close to the ferry that takes you to St Tropez
Cons: Tiny rooms, not enough room to open our 2 average size suitcases at the same time. Upon arrival my wife was stung by mosquitoes. At first the staff refused to attend to this issue saying that the mosquitoes were only "temporary" . In the end I had to convince them to give me the can of insect spray so I could spray the room myself. Bizarre attitude.
7.3 Good
Pros: Very good service from competent staff. Friendly and welcoming in a good location.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Kamer, met uitzicht op zee,op de derde verdieping is grandioos.Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooie leeshoek, lekkere keuken in halfpension.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant served food of a high quality and reasonably priced. Pool very good. Good room with sea and pool view. Hotel within walking distance of harbour and town
Cons: Only down side in high season is that parking is not always easy but you always find a spot eventually.
6.0 Good
Pros:
Cons: Too far away from bus stop..when booked online it said free internet (actually cost money to use).
4.8 Okay
Pros: The SeaView.
Cons:
7.6 Good
Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly & we could not have had a warmer welcome when we arrived. The room was comfortable & it was a nice suprise not to find an additional bed in our room for our son, but a seperate bedroom with bunk beds in. Breakfast was excellent value. The hotel is within an 8 minute easy, beautiful walk into Sainte Maxime along the seafront.
Cons: N/A
7.2 Good
Pros: For a three star hotel we were presently surprised. A pleasant walk 8 minute walk to the centre of St Maxime. Driving to St Tropez was a nightmare, worse traffic than London, however the boat trip from St Maxime to St Tropez was wonderful even in wild weather. The room we had only had a shower, however it had a wicked sea view, was clean and more than acceptable.
Cons: Non
7.6 Good
Pros: Staff were excellent, so nice and went out of their way to assist us. Even though the room was not appropriate, they allowed us to change it so we had more room for 3 people. Overall Excellent service, felt like a family run hotel, were nothing was a issue.
Cons: No.... everything was great

Pros: Breakfast was really good. Bread baked by the owner and marmalade made from orange trees on the property were the highlights of the breakfast eaten under a shady tree on the terrace.

Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had booked for only 2 nights and were surprised about the personal attention you get as a guest. We advice all guests to get the more than delicious breakfast. This is made by the owner who was a chef before they started this business. We got fresh homemade breads and sweets every day. We extended another night because of the warm and cosy feeling we got from the hotel. The interior downstairs and especially the terrace outside is very quiet and comfortable to eat your breakfast. The hotel is located in an alley so there’s no traffic at all. And it’s only a few minutes walk to the beach and the center of Sainte Maxime. We will definitely come back on our next visit! Thanks for taking good care of us!
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We recently stayed one night at Castellamar and were very happy with the facilities. The hotel is small and doesn't have a lot of amenities but it's a great value if you've mostly using it just for sleeping in. It's location is great with just a quick 5-10 min walk to the beach and St Maxime's old town and markets. The hotel is clean, private, secure and the staff is REALLY friendly and helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super nice breakfast! The owner is super nice. Very well quality - price rate!
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean & modern rooms, nice decor, A/C, bottle of free water. Free parking - not easy to find though.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. We didn't get the chance to use the facilities as we only stayed for 1 night but the pool looked lovely! Peaceful location behind the Botanical gardens, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk into town. Free onsite parking was an added bonus!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, clean rooms, perfect for the families with kids

Pros: Really nice place Nice swimming pool Location
Cons: It took 1h+ to get the room. We booked a triple room but we got a double with an extra bed installed against our bed and the wall. We were told we would get a “commercial gesture” but no. Too bad. We will go to another place next time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was lovely and the pools were excellent. The location was within walking distance of the beach and a 20 minute walk from St Maxime.
Cons: TV wasn’t working together with other guests smoking on their balconies when we had requested a non smoking room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was lovely with lots of variety.
Cons: We should have stayed longer!!
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice staff Especially Benjamin who were all very helpful. Comfortable and quiet well laid out hotel with a great pool. It’s a little walk to the centre of town and the other amenities for a holiday, but very close to the beach.
Cons: WiFi was shocking
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant location and set in nice gardens. Reception staff very helpfull
Cons: Poor waiting staff and management in restaurant. Spilt drinks on serving and left waiting 20 mins between my wife getting her meal and me getting mine, with zero apology or explanation. There was no problem in ordering the food in English / broken French, but a massive problem when you want to complain. We there had our meals elsewhere and experienced no furtheer issues.

5.8 Okay
Pros: We liked the ease of getting in and out of the hotel, free parking. The property is small and quaint.
Cons: I truthfully expected more than what we got. The website said heated pool (it was not.) The photos looked like larger rooms and more updated (they were not.) What they consider a "family room" consists of bunk beds jammed into a small space that has no access to the AC and did not fit our teenagers properly. We had a shower that did NOT drain at all and in our 2 night stay in was never attended to. Sadly, I would look elsewhere for a better value.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The pool was amazing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is fantastic and the rooms are decorated in Provençal style. They are cleaned regularly and the staff are super- accommodating .. nothing is too much trouble. A very ‘home from home ‘ atmosphere - to be recommended.
Cons: Nothing to note !
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice pool, comfy bed and clean facilities.
Cons: The location was a bit off post, close to a bigger road, but possible to walk to the city center and harbor. The air conditioning was unfortunately a bit unstable, turning on and off during the night.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location and beautiful session - the pool space was really good as well.
Cons: The lack of food/bar offer - it closed at really inconvenient hours over lunchtime. There was no free water in the rooms either which I feel is rather unusual for an abroad hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very relaxed and friendly hotel. Lovely pool. Perfect for our 3 night stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location walking distance to the beach. The most welcoming and friendly staff - morning is too much trouble. Really clean. Typically French which we love. Come every year and will be back next year too! Thank you x
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, cute and welcoming place with friendly and helpful staff.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice breakfast area, good fresh food, staff were friendly and service good at reception. Pool area and Provence villa style very appealing.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Pool
Cons: Terrible staff. Our room was no air conditioning working properly. I've complained 2 times for the reception and in the last time, about 00:30, as there is no reception, I've called to the staff and they told me that was too late to fix it, so no solution. And to get worst, the staff hinted that I had broken the air conditioning. I've tried 2 times any kind of compensation from the hotel but they denied both. VERY BAD and disrespectful behaviour from the staff. Not recommended!!

Cons: Only that we couldn’t stay longer
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Liked everything
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very good all round, friendly staff, my family had the pool to ourselves. We had no. 15, the apartment (not just a room) and for the cost it far exceeded our expectations
7.1 Good
Pros: The location to the beach was amazing and the receptionist was very pleasant and hospitable - oh and the rose wine in the fridge was a good choice!
Cons: The smell of exhaust fumes from the main road running past the hotel seemed to accumulate near the pool area. The bed was very squeeky every time you turned over and not particularly comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room, great view and location, nice walk in to town Very helpful staff
Cons: Fruit for breakfast Tea/ coffee in room would have been great although there is a mini bar for soft drinks and alcohol
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was the perfect size for 5 of us, the grounds and the pool area were immaculate and the location is just perfect.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: the staff were wonderful, pool was excellent and the beach was only across the road and the town was a 10-15 minute walk away.
Cons: for the area and cost little could be better. I would only be picky to highlight anything
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The view of the bay was outstanding , we had almost exclusive use of the pool area which was immaculately clean. The staff were always helpful and pleasant
Cons: The only downside was there was no bar facility during the day , and no tea / coffee making facilities in the room
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location on the sea front just outside St Maxime centre. However a busy coastal road lies between the hotel and the sea so traffic noise. Also a high garden wall so if you are in one of the ground floor rooms you cant actually see the sea. Very clean comfrtable room. Mini bar but no tea, coffee facilities in room.
Cons: It was fine.

Pros: Outdoor terrace, very clean and opposite a good beach bar / restaurant
Cons: Very small room and bathroom but spotlessly clean. Small but neat hotel. We booked taxis from the hotel and they charged a flat fee of 20euros for transport into the town centre - which seemed excessive for a 3km drive.
