location excellent; breakfast limited but adequate; room was a smallish twin but fine for one person; my stay was in a first floor annex to the hotel located in Malaya Morskaya with a shared kitchen; staff only around in the mornings; security excellent
I was mostly happy with the hotel and situation and wouldn't say I disliked anything

The room was exceptional
The breakfast was awful, coffee was from the kettle not fresh and cold.Some of the staff were unpleasant and rude.And the worst thing was the 4th floor without an elevator and it was not mentioned in the description of the place.

We feel very welcome, Olga was waiting for us and give us all needed information!! The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable, bathroom clean and big! It’s a bit noisy from the street but if you book city center this is normal !! For us perfect! Breakfast basic but good ! Coffee and tea all day free ! Thanks Very good communication with Elena , the manager! She arranged a Taxi to the airport for a very good price and said good by to us 03.00 am - very personal !! Thank you so much !! Very central to everywhere and Metro station next door !! Few supermarkets around the hotel ! Next time Nevsky Inn again !!

this is a basic guesthouse, however with a super location. great value for money.

The owner really took care of us. She prepared breakfast, changed our towels everyday, helped us with anything with need, let us use the washing machine. The place was accessible to all the tourist spots. It was easy to walk around.
There was a problem with the wifi on our room. It couldnt reach us so we had to go outside of the room to use the wifi
