We had issues throughout our stay that were treated with indifference or delayed responses by the hotel staff, especially Zach at the front desk. Upon arrival, we found a huge credenza moved away from the wall towards the center of the room that had a drawer that did not close. We immediately let the staff know. It took 2 days to move it. Over all the stay was okay. Being a Hilton Hotel there is a certain expectation of quality one has come to expect. The hotel is showing it's age. Furniture in the lobby and other areas had rips and tears as well as stains.
