We had issues throughout our stay that were treated with indifference or delayed responses by the hotel staff, especially Zach at the front desk. Upon arrival, we found a huge credenza moved away from the wall towards the center of the room that had a drawer that did not close. We immediately let the staff know. It took 2 days to move it. Over all the stay was okay. Being a Hilton Hotel there is a certain expectation of quality one has come to expect. The hotel is showing it's age. Furniture in the lobby and other areas had rips and tears as well as stains. Cons (-) This was not a great hotel for family visits. Also, we had to pay extra for everything - parking was $16 a night , and for the price of a room it would have been nice to have some form of complimentary breakfast. I guess the more you pay, the more you have to pay. They made a big point of letting us know that the ice was complimentary, which made me laugh because where in this country is it not?
