The owner George immediately welcomed us with open arms and insisted that his house was our house, a delightful surprise. The beds are the comfiest beds we have had so far on our motorbike trip around the world, this was lucky as our bikes broke down and therefore had to extend our stay in order to fix them. George helped us fix them and showed us around town where we could get a few bits that we needed. George is a top bloke and is very funny. The breakfasts he makes are also top notch. All in all a very good Guest house to stay in, the house is nice, rooms and bathrooms are clean and the Wifi is good. Expectations were exceeded in every category, i would highly recommend to anyone. There's also a nice little local restaurant practically next door which is famous in Georgia for its cutlets, very tasty. All in all i would highly recommend Lucky House.
Nothing bad to say !
Very nice place to stay. I stayed in a double room, the room was quite big and the staff very helpful, very good facilities as well.
You can pay with credit card. The location is good. The kitchen and the living room are big. That's all.
We stayed in a private bedroom with a private shower and sauna. They should remove the sauna and make a private toiled instead. Moreover, the shower was literally falling on our heads (it had loose parts that dismantled while showering, so it was dangerous! Check the attached pics). The bed was almost falling apart (we took a look under it and it was also dangerous!). The ceiling was also literally falling apart (check the attached pics). The staff was most of the time absent, when we checked out at 9:00a.m. we needed to leave the keys on the desk with a note. Although the kitchen is big, it was quite messy and dirty so we didn't feel comfortable to use it. Although the shared toilets were separate for men and women, we saw some men using the ladies one. It was always smelly and dirty. The towels were a little bit smelly as well. And the blanket was small for a couple. It's not the hostel's fault, but there was a lot of people making loud noises between 2:00a.m. and 7:00a.m. we didn't know if they were playing foosball before going to work (because a lot of people actually live in the hostel) or after arriving from nightclubs.
Everything was okay. I liked the cat and maid looked like Pocahontas. Epic :D
Need more entertaiment for guests. Kind of boring at the eveining.
Rooms had more than enough space
My wallet & phone got stolen from under my pillow and there is no cameras at Dragoy that could have helped to identify the thief.
