Very good location, rooms are clean and quiet enough, rooms not too big, but comfortly.
We are very disappointed in this hotel. I don't know, who gives 3 stars to this hotel. I never met too big different between information on Your vebsite and reality. I don't understand peoples, who say, that food is good. Brekfast menu - one of this: jam or cheese pancakes, or boiled or fried egs, or porridge + bread, few grams of jam, butter, cup of tea or coffee. Worse is that you must eat in this small kitchen, food is preparing two meters from you, so you can "enjoy" all sounds and smells of this process. Brekfast prepare "manager" - the girl, who fried egs, wash the walls then you eat and in this moment runs to answer phone call or open safe doors, because doors to the hotel is closed all time. "Parking" is the street near hotel.
View from the window on street (noisy)
Location.2min.from Winter Palace.
doesn't have parking and air conditioner
Small hotel, clean, equipment of bathroom new. Calm. And the receptionits all of them very kind and helpful. Pleasant stay.
WIFI link weak sometimes (my room was the extreme one in the corridor)
Very helpful and friendly staff who love their city and want you to discover it's beauty. Had promised to call my daughter in Canada and when I asked how to do so, lady at desk spent 10 min. trying to get the codes, etc. and tho I was ready to give up, she persisted and got through on hotel phone at no charge to me. Just 1 example of generous Russian hospitality. Beautiful city made only better by it's people.
No fault of hotel and hopefully soon done, there is a metpo connection being prepared just across the hotel (admiralty). With the 24 hours of daylight, they are working 24 hours/day (white nights). There was 1 night that we could hear heavy machinery as this room faced that street...but with ear plugs I heard very little. Anad don't be put off by the entrance to the hotel...once inside it is a lovely place.
The helpfulness and friendliness of the Staff, and the hotel's convenience to all city facilities.
There is no lounge area where one can sit and relax or do some reading.
Very nice and cosy place in the downtown, everything is new: funiture, towels etc., comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Great location.
Very convinient location.
