The hotel is run down. Very loud. Bathroom is old and in general the hotel needs a major face lift
Cleanliness, noise, amenities, food options
So so
Still under rennovation, naybe when it is done...? Although it looks that what is already rennovated looks still cheap quality. Don’t think I will stay there again. The staff is super nice and location is perfect!
Good location but bring your beach chairs and umbrella
Location
Resort fee doesn’t include chairs and umbrella by beach. They charge $100 per day as rental
Beautiful resort, great location on St Pete Beach
View and location to beach, several pools / beach bars / restaurants on site
A little busier than expected with families this time of year, but no big deal
Nice Beach Location
Beach location. Music at two different Bar/Restaurants. Breakfast at the Rum Runners Bar Area was good and right where the beach begins with a nice view of the gulf. Housekeeping did a good job making sure we didn't run out of amenities, coffee or towels.
A little outdated but very clean. Ran out of toilet paper once since there wasn't an extra replaced under the sink that we used but there were tissues (housekeeping didn't notice right away.) There was a dehumidifier in the room that we had to empty ourselves 3 times since it would stop working once it was full. We thought housekeeping would take care of it but when they didn't, we did it ourselves rather than calling for someone to come each time. We had an evening flight and asked for an extended checkout. We were told that our room type was completely booked. They told us we could only have till noon when we wanted till 2 or 3 pm. We were there for 8 days and since check in wasn't until 4 pm we didn't think it was too much to ask. Then we found out we could pay extra to stay a few hours more which we did. Just felt that we were there for a long enough stay that it should have been a courtesy. Forgot to mention the night we came back to the room during a tropical storm we couldn't get into our room because the latch somehow latched when housekeeping closed the door leaving us in pouring rain and 50 mile an hour winds trying to get in at 8:30 at night. . We had to wait in a stairwell since the doors are open to the outside to try to call the front desk since the weather was too bad and it was too far for us to walk to the front desk. The phone number on the room key is for reservations. It took 3 calls and 1/2 hour to connect to an operator for the hotel. Lucky for us security came by in the stairwell at that point and went to get a special tool to open our room. I recommend keeping the front desk direct phone number on your phone for emergencies.
The beach
The fact I got in my room an hour after they said I could. I had to call to get my room cleaned after 4 days of no room service
my room was very nice
Relaxing beautiful resort
Sirata has everything you need in one resort. It has a close proximity to the beach more than one pool in more than one jacuzzi. it has a clean room nice gym to work out in including free weights in the SIRATA also has A good laundry room. I recommend this ace to friends and I plan on returning in the future.
Decent but not great
Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location on St. Pete Beach
Poor service at breakfast restaurant with squirrels under outer table. Worn out facilities.
Everything.

The resort was very nice and was "on the beach"! Staff was very informative and helpful. Bernard helped us to our room and was very pleasant and gave us the information about the pools and the several restaurants on sight.
The beds were not very comfortable. There were alot of children and if you are looking for an adult resort; this is not your place. Parking was sometimes difficult to find.
Very friendly staff, great location on the beach, good food and food reasonably priced, full-sized fridge
Bedroom faces outdoor corridor so it is loud (doors closing, guests walking by), room was somewhat outdated

While there’s a beautiful stretch of white sandy beaches to enjoy, the hotel also features three outdoor pools, three full-service restaurants, beach bars, and s small game room for kids. The hotel also features a large conference center and pavilion for business events and weddings.
