Marcus snd Anna are just remarkable making us feel welcome and part of the family from start to finish. The hotel us central to everything we needed and is a sanctuary for us both in winter for Nordic skiing and in the summer for hill walking and mountain biking. The staff are knowledgeable on a range of topics and always able to offer friendly and helpful tips on other things to do
Unusually there was nothing to fault the property or proprietor for our room was a little warm and immediately it was cooler. I requested bacon for breakfast and it was provided. Nothing was to much trouble

The sweets on the pillows every day. The decoration of the hotel. The location. The one waiter of immigrant origin:he does his job very well!
We didn't feel very welcomed especially from the staff at the reception.

The design and decor of the hotel is beautiful and tasteful.
The personnel at reception and at the bar was very unpleasant. Lacking real hospitality skills. We felt like we were disliked because foreigners.
