Everything you could need, big rooms, clean, lovely staff, bit out of town but opposite shops and easy access with a car. Pet shop across the road if you’re looking for a present to bring home for the fur baby

Friendly and helpful staff . We had a 2 bedroom apartment and was great for the 3 of us . Good position in Rotorua.
Everything ok , could be maintained a little better .

Breakfast was basic continental with cereal, fruit and toast with select of spreads . There is coffee and juice plus yogurt and croissants.
They were slow to replace items and the croissants would have been better heated.

I like the layout of the room, liked that the TV had sky, liked the location of the hotel
I had to buy wet wipes to clean the walls in the toilet, our room couldn't pick up a stable wifi connection at all, was unaware the pool was unavailable(this was a huge upset)
