Very nice location, expecially for those who like ships going in and out of the harbour. Breakfast food and location are super. Spa is nice.
I was there on business, and did not have time to enjoy the hotel fully, as I came late and left early. The breakfast was excellent
there was not wi-fi in the room, but only cable.
The children's boat club is excellent; children can stay for a few hours or the whole day and receive lunch for a small fee. Our son really enjoyed his few hours there, and this facility makes the hotel very attractive for families. There is also a great play park. The hotel itself is well presented and the food is excellent. The first room we were given was small and had no view of the sea, but after speaking to reception we were relocated and the second one was wonderful. The staff were very helpful, particularly porters and dining staff. The spa was great too.
We waited for 25 minutes to check out - in a hotel with over 300 rooms there were only 2 receptionists at one time. Some of the staff did not speak or understand English very well. Restaurants were quite expensive
the strategic situation in the baltic sea and the flowing of ships in seaport.
Staff was very helpful, polite, always greeted with a smile. Maitre d' at the Italian restaurant takes pride in his job and has an enjoyable and fun demeanor, and food and service were excellent. Liked the various themed restaurants. Server at the wine bar gave me "blind" tastings so I could guess the wines served. One of the few hotels in Germany that delivered on its claim of 5 star service.
No WiFi in Residences and no cables available because it was a busy weekend. Was told the best restaurant was Marios to celebrate our anniversary and never a mention of Der Butt Gourmet restaurant, which would have been more our style. A remote bar on the beach with cocktail service would be an upgrade.
Yes - children could only use the pool for 2 hours during the day (even the kids pool). The rest was dedicated to adults only.
Place, Spa, rooms, breakfast
Not enough information in English!!!
The location, pool, restaurants, free ferry and comfortable room. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly at all times. Excellent.
The beautiful room, the nice and friend people, the see view and Spa-World...
Wonderful place, a lot of facilities, helpful staff, very nice bars and restaurants
The shops were nice, but more "Moderate priced shops" would be nice - Tiffany's prices are a bit high for holiday shopping
