location - reception - cleaning
1. Good location. Very close to Vatican. 2. Staff speaking English and helpful.
1. Too noisy, like sleeping on the street. 2. The bathroom is private but not in the room, having to go through the corridor. We payed for three nights but we left after the first night because we couldn't sleep for the whole night. Very bad experience since I first booked room from booking.com
Staff very helpful and friendly. It was an advantage that they could speak English.
I didn't like having to go to the cafe across the road for breakfast, although staff there were also very pleasant. Felt there should have been coffee making facilities in rooms. I asked for a quiet room when booking and I was given probably the noisiest room in the hotel! Asked to change but hotel was fully booked. However staff did supply me with earplugs.
Wonderful friendly welcome. Room very clean, bed very comfortable.
None of any consequence, shower curtain difficult to control!
Well located close to the Vatican, bus stop and metro close by. Small room and bathroom but clean and comfortable enough to spend the night. B&B keepers very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a coffee plus a croissant in a nearby coffee shop.
