Wonderful staff. Great value in a great location.
The best part is the staff. Very helpful and accommodating. There is always someone at the front desk. They recommended a fabulous restaurant to us that we went to twice during our stay. Helped us with public transit. The location is amazing. We could walk everywhere from the hotel but there is also a major bus stop and taxi hub 100 meters away.
The bed was uncomfortable.
Staff was very helpful
The front desk staff gentleman during the evening hours was lovely. Very nice.
None.
Location was good and rooms were of decent size.
I found most of the staff very rude and not helpful at all,i had asked for an extra blanket which was too much trouble for them,we had no hot water in our room for a day,and the mornings they were very noisy with no consideration for guests.
The hotel is very valuable for money, compared to accomodation prices in Rome. It is clean, wonderful location and it offers all the basic services one requires in a hotel (24 hours reception, minibar in the room, TV, telephone in the room). The street were it is located (via nazionale) is full of shops and it is easy to find restaurants, supermarkets, bars, etc. Nevertheless, the rooms are very silent since the windows open on a internal courtyard.
The hotel is located at the first and second floor of a building, and it looks like it has been made of some apartments connected together. Most of the room are small and the staff is not very "professional". The breakfast is a little bit "poor". Anyway, in my opinion they are not so important points if one wants to save money.Actually I recommend it!
I liked the location of the hotel.
Confort.The bulding is so old.
The hotel was very central.
Our room was right next to the breakfast room, so we heard the coffee machine going from 7am along with the plates being set up, and people talking!
Excellent location and easy acccess. Clean and cosy room.
The only annoying thing was that there is no sound isolation in room - you hear everything - neighbors, coffee machine in breakfast room, every person passing by your room...
All staff lovely. Always happy and very helpful and could not be better. Location excellent. Breakfast very good by normal Italian standards. Room very clean and general decor around the hotel very good.
the bed was uncomfortable and could feel the springs and would have preferred extra pillows than one each and luxury would be tv that had channels that were not all italian
'Victorian' style of hotel, friendly staff and central location.
They didn't check/refill our 'stock' of shampoo and soap every day, so i had to ask for more one day. Beakfast could be improved.
Walking distance to many sights.
Some rooms need renovation and are very small. The hotel breakfast is poor.
Location was nice.
Hotel was on the second floor and the elevator was very small and cramped. It was a hassle with our luggage. Breakfast was poor.
Our bedroom was very romantic in a very convenient and beautiful quarter of Rome.
I keep looking for the air conditioning buttons and i have to say that the water pressure of the shower was crappy...Also it was crappy the softener they should have used for the towels...
