Guests consistently praise the hotel's central and convenient location, making it easy to explore the city. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with cleanliness, especially in bathrooms, and note that the breakfast is often limited or of poor quality. Several guests also mention maintenance issues and a lack of amenities, while some found the service to be unhelpful or unfriendly. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive aspect, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast, and bathroom facilities.
