Cons (-) Dirty. Also no guests allowed even though I booked a room with two beds and they switched me to a single bed room due to flooding in my original room.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near Termini station and city attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing and transport. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with breakfast quality, cleanliness, and the condition of rooms and facilities. Service is frequently described as unfriendly or unhelpful, and several guests mention small or outdated rooms. While a few positive comments are made about helpful staff and comfortable beds, the negatives regarding breakfast, cleanliness, and service are dominant.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The hotel is clean and is a good location. The staff are polite.
Cons (-) It is falling apart the shower door was broken. The air conditioner barely made the room cool. The food at breakfast is very low on verity. The front desk is a hit or miss they couldn't get us a taxi for instance.
