Staff and cleanliness
Not a great neighborhood
Easy access to public transportation. Very easy to go around using public transportation esp. The tram.
Room was small . Staff very helpful.
standard size European hotel room, free Continental breakfast (croissants, coffee or tea, juice) 50E cab to airport arraigned by hotel
standard European hotel
Breakfast had no protein options.
This hotel was absolutely beautiful and pristine. The staff was friendly and attentive and provided great recommendations for what to do and directions on getting places. Anyone review which states this hotel did not meet expectations is a lie.
The location was walking distance from the Coliseum and had beautiful ruins around the corner, but overall the neighborhood did not seem to be the greatest.
Ive had far bettet hotel and service for way less price. To me it was a one or two star hotel. Deffinetly not 3 stars hotel. A 3 stars hotel with no wifi? No breakfast? No iron, no phone to call reception?
No wifi internet included. I paid extra charge and still wifi was very slow.Breakfast was dissgusting cold coffee and bread only.No iron. No phone to call reception. I asked for double bed rather than two single bed for one adult and they didn't have it.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Very noisy. Room faced a loud street. Noise from people walking in hallways was amplified. Shower was tiny.
The price was affordable. It was within walking distances to a metro station (which was 2 stations away from Termini Station) and a couple of bus stops. One could also walk to Termini if they chose to do so. For the most part, the staff was pleasant.
The beds were really hard. It has an old-fashioned decor that just looks out-dated. We may have had the handicapped bathroom, which got water all over the floor. Arranged taxi price was more expensive than base price. Poor lighting. Breakfast was bread.
