Pros (+) It's a 20 minute walk from the train station, 10 minute walk from the nearest metro and 20 minute walk from the Colosseum. Pretty much at a good location. The staff was generally kind and responsive. The hotel and its lobby looks pretty and accommodating. Our room was way bigger than we expected and it was overall a comfortable stay which is all that matters in the end.
Cons (-) I was not expecting much for the breakfast buffet offered but at least something hot and fresh was a must. Instead, the scrambled eggs were cold, the croissants looked a day or two old, the bread was also old, the milk was expired, and it was just pretty disappointing.
