Very good location and helpful staff
Everything was perfect
bathroom in the room smelt disgusting. The towel rail didn't work. The shower head didn't work so we had to use the handheld shower head which was difficult when washing and the shower leaked. Very disappointed with these two rooms. Oh, also the wifi in one of the rooms was terrible.
Rent in Rome has one of the most polite, kind, and accommodating staff that I’ve ever dealt with. We had a late flight in, and they organized a virtual key entry for us, free of charge. Once I realized to use the link in the email and not the Vikey app, we were in in a moment. There’s an elevator to the third floor, and one more flight of stairs to the apartment. After travel we really appreciated the water bottles that were left for us. (Only wish there had been one for each of us). We reused them, refilling them at Rome’s numerous drinking fountains throughout the days. We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment with terrace, and while the apartment was quite large, the terrace was really impressive. I wish we had had more days to just enjoy hanging out there. Beautiful views and cover from sun and rain. My two teenagers loved the apartment, their comfy beds, and their own bathroom. The apartment itself is within walking distance to everywhere, but the metro is also conveniently located within a few minutes’ walk. There’s also a 24-hr grocery store just down the street. Really, location couldn’t have been better. Note that the photos are of various different apartments. Look at the last 7 to get an idea of what this apartment looks like at it’s best. I wish the master bathroom had some hooks or bars to hang towels on and that hot water came out of both the shower heads (the top one didn’t get very warm). Appreciated the slippers, but wish there had been enough toiletries and coffee pods to cover our entire stay. However, had I contacted the office (just around the corner) I’m sure more would’ve been given to us. After check-out we left our bags in the office and enjoyed the final day unencumbered by them. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
