Location was close to the places i needed to go, room was very clean, owner very friendly and not nosy at all. Did not have breakfast there though
Very warm and friendly environment and staff, family owned B&B. Great location just a block away from Villa Ada huge park and in front of the very trendy Italian fusion cuisine restaurant, Mezzo. Very clean and decently comfort. Great value for money!
The mattress is pretty soft for my taste as I prefer hard mattresses. The rooms are not equal in size. Other than that there is not much I don`t like about this place.
This was the second time I have stayed at the B&B and I was looking forward to it. It is situated in one of the nicest, residential areas of Rome, with a lot of bars, restaurants and even cinemas nearby. The staff of this family-owned lodging is super nice and always available, the week I spent there felt like home. The simple but nice room with ensuite bathroom and a comfy bed is just what you need while you are out and about discovering the city. They make your bed and do basic cleaning every day and change towels, etc. in every 3 days. An abundant, Italian-style breakfast is offered every day.
A little but far from the metro B2 / San Agnese - Annibaliano but you have a bus stop about 4 mins away.
Very nice staff, very very clean room and bathroom. Nice and quiet neighborhood with good restaurants around, and very close to a big and beautiful park.
Lighting in the room could be better, the room is not inviting you to stay if you want to just read or relax. The mattress is to soft for my taste. Location is good but if you would like to get to the historic center you should expect 25 minutes by bus.
The hospitality of the staff was exceeding expectations, I have felt really at home. They were very flexible, my room was ready earlier and I could even stay to work in the salon after check-out. My room was just what I needed for the 5-night stay, with very nice & modern ensuite bathroom and enough light to work. I had my room for single use but liked that it was fitted with double bed. Breakfast is included in the price and they are really putting an effort to cater for your eventual food requirements.
The accommodation is in a nice area but a little far to walk to the metro (12-13mins). Although bus stop is very close, it is a given that overground public transport of Roma in peak hours is not reliable.
With a stay at Anni 50 Bb in Rome (Quartiere XVII Trieste), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Borghese Gallery and Villa Borghese. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, limo/town car service, and a computer station. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request).
