breakfast was very good Room size and location was good as well
Staff service in check in, I asked to give me higher floor but he did not tried to find an opportunity to changed the offered third floor. the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom, towels as well, It was impossible to open the window as the street was very noise and also it was impossible to use the conditioner as it worked very loudly as well.

In the photos it looked so good, and when we got there, nothing Like it. We were catfished.

With my friend, they ripped off us, they withdrawn the paiement for my card that I used for the reservation on booking and when check in they asked us to pay so my friend used her card and they withdram money from it again. During the check out, they promised us to refund one of us the week after but they didn't do it.
