Pros (+) staff was helpful, close to the airport.

Cons (-) wifi in the lobby was good, but the room I stayed (3rd floor in front of the elevator) wifi was terrible. could not use skype to chat. And the phone in the room was not working, so I had to go to the front desk early morning to change the airport pickup.

Pros (+) some of the hotel look to be updated recently

Cons (-) Had to run water for 10 minutes to get hot, breakfast was disgusting, old dry out eggs dirty countertops, few utensils to grab food. I turned in by free breakfast for points on the second day. TV would not show what channel you're on. carpet was so dirty when you walked on to the tile after carpet you left dirty footprints.

Cons (-) We initially were placed in a room that had recently been used and still had someone's purse on the nightstand. We were hoping to eat at the restaurant, but it was closed. We were charged more for parking while on our trip than we were understanding with our reservation, and that was very disappointing. Pros (+) Breakfast was spectacular. The room was very comfortable. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. Every staff member was pleasant, courteous and helpful. This is now my "go to" hotel in Minneapolis.

Pros (+) Staff were great. Looks like they have tried to modernize. Price was good. Location (near airport) was good. Free shuttle service every hour (except mornings, when the shuttle is reserved for business airport guests?).

Cons (-) Room is very small. Thermostat didn't work properly, and unit is very loud. No refrigerator or microwave in my room (232}. Kayak said free breakfast, but hotel staff says that the Kayak price does NOT include free breakfast. TV was old, sound quality was bad, remote didn't work well.
