Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near shops and attractions. However, there were widespread complaints about poor cleanliness, with dirty rooms, stained towels, and pest issues frequently mentioned. Service was often described as unhelpful or unfriendly, and several guests experienced maintenance issues with amenities like air conditioning and TV. While a few found the beds comfortable and the price reasonable, the negatives outweighed the positives for many.AI-generated from customer reviews
