Mi son loves the pool, but last time needs more clean
Room wasn't ready for 5 hours after I checked in. Was told I would get a text when it was ready, which I did not. I called after 5 hours of waiting and they said "it litterally just became available you should recieve your text msg any moment." One hour later, no text msg, so I called to get room info (they gave me the keys when I checked in and said they would text what room to go to). When I got...

Are check in was fast and people in the front desk are very friendly. Room was clean, but for some reason the temperature in the room was hot, specially at night. To the point that it was hard to sleep. Employees from the Parrot restaurant were rude. We spend there a couple days and sadly it was disappointed that all the time that we eat there it was the same attitude from the waitress.

Cons (-) The employees were all rude except the bell hop man Mr Chad but from the check in clerk to the manager at the purple parrot were all rude and seemed racist honestly I’m a veteran came with my kids to celebrate Fourth of July by a old base of mine NAS Fallon and to celebrate my daughters birthday wish she lived the pool and arcade just wish employees made it better
