A great value , especially with their current specials.
The staff was rude to my guest asking for identification from me and I purchased a room with a cabana they seem to have some sort of racial issues with my guest. The rooms were hot and the AC was not working as well as it could of.
This casino is very clean and has a new feel in comparison to others. Every employee I came across was very friendly. My daughter loved the pool
Wish it was non-smoking in the casino, but that would be unheard of.
Clean modern room
Even though they charged me the gym fees, when I tried using the treadmill, it didn't work.
Had everything I could have asked for. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and a great value.
I enjoyed size, restaurants, staff, gaming. Loved the comfort.
Great Option in Reno
Staff was great from the shuttle drivers on the way in, to the driver on the way out. They went out of their way to assist with any requests, were always friendly and responsive. Rooms are nicely updated and the beds are comfortable. Close to the airport. Indoor pool.
The standard pillows are terrible. However, they do have a pillow menu you can order from, which I did on the last night and it saved my sleep. It is a little far from the main downtown area, but super convenient to the airport and convention center.
Convenient, excellent dining, fun place to stay!
Their buffet is second to none in Reno! Comfortable clean rooms with great views of the sierras. We stayed here for the close proximity to the convention center. Kids enjoyed the pool.
$21 per day resort fee tacked on to room.
Your staff was outstanding. They went above and be
Everything The spa was out of this world Every one of your staff truly cares Very personable Outstanding
Nice, clean room. Friendly staff
It would have been nice to have a mini-refrigerator in the room for left overs. Drink service while gambling was not the best. I had to keep tracking down the cocktail waitress
Hair balls in bath dub. I was lecturing and this was paid for by host yet they claimed I was responsible for resort fee not host. Unhelpful and greedy
Rooms are nice and comfy. Very kid friendly, my kiddos loved the arcade.
Our last time we visited we had free rooms and a refrigerator was in our room so this time we paid for our rooms and I was expecting to have a fridge. But there wasn't one and I called service desk and it cost $20/night. We already paying for room and resort fees, expensive dining and see were still going to have to pay for that!!! Not well ventilated.
