9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed, quiet, dark, good bathroom/shower, hot water right away, etc.
Cons: Not much.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location was PERFECT for our three day stay in Rennes. Being located so close to the train station made it exceptionally easy to do day trips to Dinan and Saint-Malo without a car, and it was still possible to walk to the Cathedral, Park Thabor and old town. There were lots of reasonably priced restaurants and bars near by and the station area was not seedy like it can be in some places. The room we had was on the small side but pretty standard for Europe, and wasn't an issue for us. Probably the only downside for us was the tiny refrigerator was really only there to keep the minibar contents coolish. It didn't actually chill anything much, and was too small to be useful to put anything in (we had been gifted a bottle of sparkling cider and it wouldn't fit). Would happily stay here again.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good choice at buffet bar;/coffee machine produced fair coffee.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff had read my requests for a quiet room. They made the effort to get us the quietest room I think we've ever had. They were very helpful, worked with us and our poor French skills, and cheerful. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect. Easy access to station and rent a car. Stuff is friendly and after check out, They can keep luggage for me.
Cons: The bath tab was not clean. When I took a bath, the surface wasn’t clean. I had to clean the surface before I took a bath.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing. It was perfect
7.5 Good
Pros: Location and porperty
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Very clean

10.0 Excellent

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Reasonably located between the older city and the railway station, this hotel is modern and nondescript, but fit for purpose. The room was clean, there was no noise, and breakfast was satisfactory.
Cons: The garage was designed for cars with a modicum of maneuverability and visibility. I would recommend against trying to squeeze in anything recent of 5 meters or more, unless you're very familiar with it and at ease with screaming proximity alarms. Also, as the WC door opens inwards and the cubicle is not large, it might be a tight fit for some...
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location for touring the old city. Room was very modern, Ikea-style.
Cons: Parking was very difficult in the hotel garage and we did not realize we were expected to make a reservation for parking.

Cons: The price was a bit stiff.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is great, staff excellent and very friendly, room was large and comfortable. Room was also quiet.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, nice stuff, not very spacious room but clean and comfortable.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very central location. Easy to find. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom with all that you need. A fresh bottle of water as a welcome addition.
Cons: View from bedroom was a wall- not very nicely painted- maybe could have had a flower box or something outside? It was fine but I was expecting a bit more luxury for the price. The food was all pre-prepared which was a bit off-putting. I could hear the man next door coughing and sneezing very loudly ( he couldn’t help having a cold but it felt like he was in the bed next to me!)so maybe the soundproofing could have been better.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nicely renovated, great location.
Cons: Our room was too small for 2 people.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Well located and very helpful, friendly staff
Cons: As the hotel was in the centre of town it got noisy at night with the window open
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location of the apartment was great, right in the center and quite close to the cathedral.
Cons: Access to the apartment wasn't easy... narrow stairs. Size was good but it smells a lot probably due to humidity...
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This was a very modern and efficient hotel in downtown Rennes - I thought the rooms were quite small and a little quirky with the furniture at odd angles. Bath was fine and the breakfast room was very nice. The staff was small but very helpful. We were able to walk to restaurants and the city sights.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: There’s enough space for three people and it’s very clean. It’s also very close to metro republique which made going to main train station for day trips easier. There’s good restaurants nearby and places to see are also walking distance.
Cons: We got the one bedroom apartment. It is separated from the main hotel so it means if u need something from the receptionist you have to walk outside and go to the other building. The stairs near the main entrace going up the apartment is very narrow. If you have big luggages this may be an issue coz u have to carry it all the way to your room while managing to climb up the stairs as well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location

Good location for our onward journey to Saint-Malo Ferry next morning. Good buffet breakfast. For our evening meal we used the Buffalo Grill next door which was very good.

7.9 Good
Pros: Good selection of continental breakfast
Cons: The location wasn't ideal being in a commercial area on a very busy road into the city however it was only a bus ride. There was a Bar and Grill and room service consisted of Domino's pizza. No tea or coffee facilities.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was generous and delicious.
Cons: The locals were very noisy in the street all night long
6.7 Good
Cons: There was a building problem with the bathroom, in that it the door became blocked by a poorly fitted basin draw which slipped open once the door was closed and as a result I was unable to enter my own bathroom. When I bought this to the attention of the manager, he considered it was me that caused the problem and offered me no alternative bathroom so had a whole day without a shower or unable to wash. Considering it was his builders error he handled the situation extremely poorly so I would never return to that hotel which was a shame as the hotel looked good from the outside and was clean with pleasant rooms and views. The manager needs to go for me to stay there again.

Pros: I loved the location of this property. My room and bed were very comfortable and it was very quiet even though my window opened to the street.
Cons: The only difficulty for me was getting into the door from the street. It appeared to be locked until 3:30 in the afternoon. The cafe owner next door told me it wasn’t, that I had to push hard but I was never able to get in. I was able to pass thru their cafe the 2 times I needed to. After 3:30 it was clearly open and easy to get upstairs.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Our room was attractive and comfortable.
Cons: Location was a bit longer walk to the sites we wanted to visit.
7.1 Good
Cons: It’s cheap but something important also needed;there is no drinking water provided.

7.9 Good
Pros: Perfect location to discover Rennes, as it's in the middle between the old center and the newer part with a shopping mall. The hotel was renovating, so it's hard to have an objective opinion about it because of that.

6.3 Good
Pros: The cleanliness, the room. the ease of access by car .
Cons: This hotel is both eccentric and bizarre in the items which adorn the common areas. The breakfast area was badly arranged, many clients were confused by the arrangement of provisions....the trays were in a cupboard, there was no English type tea, it was chaotically arranged, the coffee machine delivered chocolate and NOT coffee. The breakfast was expensive in comparison with other similar hotels in our experience The staff were off hand and casual, as if they did not care There was no sound for any English speaking TV channels in our room There were no clear directions to the city centre . The very small lift
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean, very good price, big parking lot, easy to get in and out, but you need a car to get into town. Good breakfast.
Cons: Rooms could be a bit bigger.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Unexpectedly cosy and comfortable hotel in quiet area; friendly staff and excellent value for money. The rooms are simple but very comfortable and the staff was flexible and nice.
Cons: One thing that could be improved is that the reception is open during limited hours.
7.9 Good
Pros: The first hotel I have stayed in to feature electrical wall sockets with usb outlets,a very welcome development.Moving around the building there is evidence of somebody taking trouble to add interesting decorations in all sorts of places.Great value stay.
Cons: The noise level was rather high both from external and internal sources.I got rather concerned when the tiny lift lost it's lights and the illuminated control buttons went dark. After a few moments it came back but the door was still very sluggish;after this experience I used the stairs.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Far from the center
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very nice and fancy. The bar, reception desk and hall are like real small museum! The little lift is very unique. It's quiet, atmospheric place and our room was tidy and clean. There is 2 km distance to the centre but you can go on foot there, you don't need to get a bus.
Cons: It's no car park there.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful gardens and very peaceful. Bar open all day. Excellent value for money. Good parking for motorcycle.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I discovered this quirky hotel a few years ago and it never disappoints! Very comfortable bed, good bathroom and very good value for money. The decor is always a talking point because it’s so quirky with posters, mannequins and collectors items everywhere - every corner tells a story! The breakfast room is a sight to behold with anything you could wish for on offer (although I eat gluten free so I can’t indulge unfortunately!).
Cons: The receptionist in the morning was a bit sullen but accommodating once I got him chatting.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice place, small room but perfect for a good night sleep and a shower in the morning. Small details add extra value. Airfreshner in the bathroom, blinds, large windows that open.. Stayed for 7 nights and outside of the usual wifi frustration I can't say a bad thing.
Cons: Nothing bad to say.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff, cleanliness, quiet location, pet friendly.
Cons: Rooms very compact

9.2 Excellent
Pros: 2 minutes from the station10 minutes from the centre of the old town so very convenient. The hotel is brand new. Good breakfast. Good value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: The area in front of the hotel is under construction so not such an appealing prospect. But this did not affect the positive hotel experience.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant modern decor . Very central location for old town . All staff we had contact with were extremely friendly and helpful . Room well-lit . Liked the good use of space and plenty of sockets , roomy shower and shower gel provided .
Cons: Could only turn main lights off from one point , lights over beds far too bright . Mattress was quite narrow . Room was a little cramped but , to be fair , that could’ve because my travel companion tends to just put things down in a completely random manner . Mattress had right amount of “ give “ in it but was quite a bit narrower than the bed itself so tended to slide towards the edge of the base and eventually I felt as though I were about to topple off the edge of the bed . Thought breakfast was good but a little expensive .

Pros: The staff was very helpfull, they gave us wonderful recommendations. The room and the bathroom were very comfortable and clean. We are there dinner and breakfast which was very tasty and not with high cost. If you are coming with a car, the hotel have an outdoor parking for free And help us to celebrate our 30th anniversary.
Cons: Everything was very good.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Well run - all in working order and seemed 100% clean. Staff were helpful and friendly - particularly Moussa who made our late/tired arrival much easier with his helpful and relaxed attitude. It was convenient for us as a stop off en route to Mont St Michel from the Limoges area. The car park seemed quite good - not gated but right outside the rooms. The breakfast was extremely good - a high quality buffet with plenty of healthy options.
Cons: Just one word of caution - it could be difficult to navigate to it without a SatNav: google maps took us straight there through what seemed like a complex route involving a few dual carriageway junctions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly reception employe. Clean room. Know time for my taxi
Cons: No thing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A small hotel with excellent location for those who travel on vacation. It is not in the city center that allows avoid had traffic when exiting and returning to the hotel. There are commercial centers nearby.

Pros: Staff were very helpful in every way, Ideal for visiting Rennes 2 University.
Cons: NO air conditioning unfortunately continental breakfast is not sufficient for breakfast, apologies, Evening meal portions were small, no variation in evening meal, same menu each evening.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, very quiet and well managed. The ample free parking was also a benefit. It is only a 10 minute walk to the metro which is very easy to find using Google Maps. Overall I enjoyed my short 2 night stay here on the way back home to Guernsey having travelled to the south of France by motorcycle. If staying in Rennes for a longer period I would however choose a more central location with doorstep access to bars and restaurants. If travelling through Rennes again I would definitely stay here and would recommend to friends and family Thank you for a really pleasant stay
Cons: It would have been nice to have had a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, lovely stuffs
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location (near everything, I didn't need to use public transport in Rennes), the breakfast, the personal of the hotel and the fact that the room was individual but I had my own bathroom.
Cons: I already knew before booking the room: the bed was small. However it was very confortable.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Really liked the hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but clean and the beds are very comfortable. No AC, which usually isn't a problem I understand, though it got warm during the Indian Summer of late September. Keeping the windows open for a fresh breeze was difficult because of street noise below.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The stay at the Lanjuinais hotel was very pleasant. From breakfast to sleeping, everything went very well, the staff was helpful and professional.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location
Cons: Small rooms
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good location
Cons: The bathroom had a bad smell
7.1 Good
Pros: - Great location
Cons: - Strange and timely procedure checking your identity when coming back to pick up your key (this only happened with one of the staff members however) - Breakfast could be better stocked (as things went missing there were very sporadic and limited fill-ups)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed spacious room good breakfast very good location
Cons: The shower the basin was very shallow and the bathroom floor and some of the bedroom got soaked had to use towels to dry it off
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Shower was excellent
Cons: The bed was very bad. I suffered from backache during the whole stay as a result of a bad mattress. Also it would have been nice to have had a light by the front door after dark.

Overview Reviews

Relax by the indoor pool or in the bubbles of the whirlpool bath. Unwind with a treatment after working in one of the three modular meeting rooms. Combine business and relaxation right in the center of Rennes at Novotel.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location was fab with lovely restaurants nearby and easy walking to Rennes centre
Cons: Our room - we booked a duplex suite. Ist room no mirror or plug sockets near the bed or where you would expect them to be and the darkest bathroom ever (Rm 105) then moved to (Rm 103)- better but aircon didn't work, but it did have a mirror, than moved again to (Rm 101) which was smaller but had what we needed. We would have prefered not to have to move 3 times over a 2 night stay. The hotel staff helped us move and tried to accommodate us as best they could. Then we had issues with payment. Although they apologised when I brought it to their attention that charging us full room rate (not the booking.com one we had agreed by email) was a bit petty given the inconvenience we incurred. The spa was very small, the steam room didn't work.....no apologies...We won't stay again.
7.5 Good
Pros: Near lots of restaurants, and cinema. Comfortable bed. Quick check in & check out at reception
Cons: Ceiling and Tiles in Shower needs to be replaced / renovated in suite first floor. Lots of mold ...
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast good. Location good.
Cons: Air con wasn’t good. Bar not staffed at 10pm. Thought it was more 3 star than 4 star. There wasn't a sauna. The steam room/ hammam was not working. It was cold.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: our room was so so nice - really impressed
7.1 Good
Pros: Close to the railway station
Cons: Breakfast not high quality
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, staff very welcoming and accommodating
Cons: Nothing
6.3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The shower and sink were blocked and no Maintenance staff around to sort it. They offered a move but I was already unpacked.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Room was a twin story junior suite which was very comfortable and was enormous ! Location was great for what we wanted.
Cons: Staff not initially not very helpful when it came to finding parking. But after overcoming this, the staff were good. Breakfast was average.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nice big and comfortable room with great bed.
Cons: During the second night the electric shutter broke leaving the duplex apartment with tonnes of light coming through the night making me struggle to sleep. At the check in the lady seemed completely uninterested, had not offered an apology and simply brushed of my request to fix it saying that ‘I only have one more night left’. I was outraged, as she simply said that there is no maintenance Personnel in the hotel during the weekend, so she can’t do anything about it. It’s completely unacceptable in a4star hotel which charges good money to just leave the guest like that. Poor, Poor, Stay away!
7.9 Good
Pros: Location
Overview Reviews

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is pretty nice, just outside the train station, easy access to bus station to mont saint michel which is next to train station, friendly staff. Some nice restaurants nearby.
Cons: Breakfast seems overpriced, but it's optional anyway, so it's acceptable. A bit far to the city center by foot. No ceiling light in the room.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location was ok - takes a good 10 -15 minutes to walk to the main bars and restaurants.
Cons: Managed to park close to hotel on main road with reasonable pay & display charges but be warned - the birds in the trees above make a real mess on the car!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It was very nice room, people and breakfast!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent air con room well laid out good breakfast I especially liked the Fare Breton
7.5 Good
Pros: It was very close to the center and the hotel offers parking for 10€/day (parking outside near the hotel is extremely expensive).
Cons: The room was small (but bathroom was okay)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was so easy to find, very central and so clean. Staff very friendly and very helpful. I will definitely give them 10 out 10
Cons: I will highly recommend this hotel to my friend and family.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was wonderful. They let our grandson store some extra luggage he didn't need in the room until check out time which was so very helplul. The location was excellent. We would stay there again.
Cons: The only drawback was that the elevator broke down and we had to walk up to the fourth floor which isn't easy for my husband. Since we live in Spain we're used to the hotels having a bit more of a substantial breakfast but it was o.k.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice and good place to stay. Very close to train station. Comfortable to sleep at night. Breakfast is simple but tasty.
6.7 Good
Pros: It was near the train station. The room was small but adequate. The breakfast was adequate.
Cons: The air conditioning wasn’t working. The room was hot, airless and uncomfortable. When we opened the windows there was a group of vagrants drinking, yelling to all hours of the night. It was impossible to sleep with the noise they made.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It’s a small inexpensive hotel close to the main train station. Great location - easy to walk anywhere whithin the city centre. The room was small single but perfectly enough space. Staff were friendly too.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Classy and practical design to reception spaces and bedrooms, friendly staff and excellent breakfast
Cons: Parking is complicated
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent option for the city center of Rennes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, in the heart of the city, easy to access public transportation and commercial area.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The lobby area also serves as elegant hangout spot indoor and outdoor for smoking access. Room is decorated into perfection and considerably spacious, with access to open window.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: While the hotel has many of the Sofitel brand features the one thing that makes this hotel one of the best I've ever stayed in is the staff. To a person they are the most professional, courteous, helpful and genuinely happy to welcome you to their city group. No request however small was treated as trivial. Thibaud who welcomed us on the footpath to take our car was a harbinger of the complete welcome and care we received. Staying four nights with lots of luggage and a heavy e-bike on the back we required plenty of assistance and he gave it in abundance. They deserve awards for hospitality and professionalism. If we ever return to Rennes we will definitely stay here.....it was our pleasure.
Cons: Nothing!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff walked in my room when i was undressed. They made up for the mistake, it can happen but i like the professionalism they handled this and the hand written note i got. Liked the woman behind reception with the short hair. Really helpful and funny. Great personality. Massages were really good. Great hotel, hotel itself did not exceed my expectations, staff behind reception and Valet service did exceed my expectations.
Cons: Pool is in the sauna in the basement. Breakfast is 28 euro per person a night. Across the street you get a fresh croissant and coffee for less than 5 euro's. I like luxury but this is too much. I do feel for a 5 star hotel you can't limit people to the sauna. I understand it's a small space, but then arrange something else. E.g. expand. Laundry carts in hallway to sauna. Everyday, all the time. If you take a shower, water is everywhere else in the bathroom because of how it is build. (Room 112)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Practically everything ..
Cons: The room was a little dark
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!!!
Cons: Nothing

Cons: Wifi was very slow, firewall prevented email, many services including vpn
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We were pleased with our choice for our 3 night stay. Lots of positives. Our room on 5th floor was facing the road but quiet, with good air con. Clean, with great bed and reasonable space, safe and minibar (used for our milk). It is close to the main lively centre on the other side of the river, and the visitor attractions (more than we realised), but there are good restaurants and bars near (including on a small timber house street Rue Vasselot). It is near the train station. metro stops, and the long distance bus station, where we got the coach to Mont Saint Michel. But it doesn't have the grottiness you sometimes get near stations (indeed Rennes itself is pretty smart except in one or two spots). Staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the spa on the first (wet) day (Friday am and had it to ourselves, but on the Sunday when we wanted to book it was full (we left it a bit late to inquire).
Cons: Downsides were that the the bathroom is very badly designed ( shower door opening out and water needing to be soaked up by towels on the floor, basin a silly modern design that doesn't allow water to sit in it, and toilet in a separate room without basin). And bits were slightly broken in the shower, with a few lights not working. The Netspresso machine was good as a kettle substitute but we failed to get it to make coffee (we are not experts and there were no instructions - could well have been broken). Wifi worked OK but kept requiring logging in again so we gave up in the end.
7.9 Good
Cons: Mild odor in the bathroom and the hallways.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful. Well trained. Accommodation is great for adults and older children.
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved this little boutique hotel in Rennes. Very close to station. I hired a car and it was an easy trip to St.Malo and Mont St, Michel. The hotel is quiet, comfortable roomy and nice. Staff are very helpful and couldn’t do more to help you.
Cons: Breakfast room was very stuffy without an outlook - go out to a local cafe
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and professional, the bed was quite comfortable and everything looked que the new.
Cons: The neighborhood. I think there was a party around yesterday, so it was noisy and I couldn't sleep. But one noisy night out of three (2 were very quiet) is ok.

Pros: I liked the location and the free chocolate croissants awaiting us.
Cons: There were cigarette butts in the ashtrays on the table outside our room. The door lock was difficult to secure and open.
7.1 Good
Pros: Very good breakfast (gluten free options). Superb location, allowing you to go to city centre on foot. Nice restaurants nearby. Communicating rooms very convenient for families.
Cons: Rooms quite small.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Small hotel in a great location for exploring the old town. Near to everything but area around hotel quiet. Some nice local bars in vicinity and a small Intermarche supermarket. Excellent breakfast in hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely little hotel in great location and with lovely staff. Provided Fairtrade coffee and tea in bedrooms, and eco-label toiletries in the bathroom. Recommended.
Cons: nothing.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved location and parking facilities. Dog friendly
Cons: Nothing comes to mind
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was quiet as it was at the back of the hotel overlooking the garden. It was not spacious but large enough and the bathroom was very nice. The breakfast buffet is good value. The hotel is very well situated: only a few minutes' walk from the Art Gallery and 5-10 minutes from the centre. Having parking available is a real asset! Staff were all very polite and helpful.
Cons: The access to other rooms ran right past the window so we could not leave it open.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Facilities to maybe dry clothing would be a big advantage, Motorcyclists having travelled 200+ miles in heavy rain, nowhere to dry clothing/boots/gloves Etc ready for the next day...
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I spent one night in the Garden Hotel on the way to my final vacation destination and another night on the way back. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms bright and cheery. The breakfast was really good, and I appreciated the newspapers available at breakfast. The location not far from the train station but also close to the historical center was perfect. Would definitely stay again!
Cons: There is not much natural light in the rooms. Also, the communication between the people working there could be better. When I checked in the woman assured me I could start breakfast early and even noted it down for her colleague, but in the morning he was surprised to see me and claimed that breakfast hadn't begun yet. In the end I was able to have it as planned though, so all was well.
7.9 Good
Pros: Good location, small but nice clean room.
Cons: We booked a room with a side patio, I only booked this hotel because of the patio thing as we have a small dog, also room description was room was on ground floor, when we arrived we were given a room on the 2nd floor with no patio! When I went down to reception to say I wanted the room I booked as I have a small dog the guy on reception was getting very annoyed with me! I insisted I wanted a room with the patio! I didn’t get a room on the ground floor which I had booked but one on the first floor which had a balcony which was better than nothing. Such a Shame really as the hotel is small but nice but when I book a room I expect to get the room I booked.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were super friendly.
Cons: Shower was a little bit wonky.

The quality services offered by the hotel enable you to combine work and relaxation: family rooms, meeting facilities, fitness room, car park, Cuisine Lounge, bar, room service.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were great. They were especially lovely when we were sitting in the bar having a drink - very helpful. It was lovely that there were complementary nibbles available to have with our drinks. Breakfast was great - especially the freshly squeezed orange juice! Our room was lovely and the bed was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast menu and choice.
Cons: Very little coffee and milk in room (only one small cup each and only one milk) and ONE pack of tiny gallettes (in Rennes?) Did not like the tablet of old-fashioned soap in the bathroom (much too messy!)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: For a city centre hotel this was extremely easy to find, well signposted from major roads. The parking, while limited, was directly next to/beneath the hotel with a lift to bedrooms and reception. The hotel itself was close to, but not on, major roads making it a quieter yet convenient place to stay. The breakfast exceeded expectations.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel breakfast was expensive.we were directed to some local cafes for breakfast they were good value and where early morning viewing was fascinating.
Cons: Everything was to a high standard. Very good value for money.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Parking facility and central to Rennes with many shops and restaurants close by.
Cons: Not being able to pay on arrival. I was in a rush in the morning.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was priced at 18 Euros each so was missed. Staff were very helpful. Hotel clean and presentable.
Cons: Definitely need Satnav to find the place even if been to Rennes before. B/F price very expensive.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location, Breakfast
Cons: No body lotion in the room. WC smells... Towels are old.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Food
Cons: Bath room, the floor is slippery.
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff, the room, the location.
Cons: There was no a/c on a very hot night. The cafe downstairs was v. noisy until 1am. Street cleaning started at 5am. And of course we had our window open because of the lack of a/c.
