Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing attractions. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, with several reviews highlighting their willingness to assist with issues. However, many guests express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, noting issues such as unpleasant odors, stains, and outdated furnishings. Breakfast often receives criticism for limited variety and quality. Room sizes are sometimes found to be small or cramped, and some guests mention maintenance issues. Overall, while the location and service are strong points, improvements in cleanliness and breakfast would enhance the guest experience.
