Pros: The property is well situated in the Rehoboth beach area with easy access to local eateries and the beach itself. The check in was quick and polite and the room was clean. The interior decoration was refreshing. We went to the Oyster House for dinner on the first night and really enjoyed the experience. On the second night, we went to the Blue Hen for another good meal. We would go back again to this location.

Pros: Clean, nicely kept place. I've stayed in a lot of motels over the years and this isn't bad at all. Non smoking rooms means no old smoke smells. Bed was firm yet soft so I slept well. The woman in the office was friendly. Convenient location.

Cons: We really didn’t have any major flaws. The only complaint was a nit on the fan in the bathroom. It was loud, but this is just a nit.

Cons: The only negative at Oceanus is that you wish it were a bit shorter walk to the beach, like a block or two less. I like it anyway and have stayed 3 or 4 different times.

Pros: Loved the staff! There were welcoming every time I walked through the lobby. The room is old, but very clean. Feels a bit like going back into the past about 30 years or visiting an older, but meticulously clean, relative. Parking spaces are very narrow, but with a location smack in the middle of Rehoboth - a parking space at all is a plus! Very happy with the accommodations and price.

Cons: No coffee maker, microwave or breakfast...gave us two shampoos and no conditioner. No room service while we were out to replenish towels. TV was unable to connect to local channels...difficult to navigate options and most options needed to be paid for.

Cons: The whole place is in need of upgrading. Halls were very dark room had drywall patched but never finished or painted. Carpet floors were dirty and stained and ceramic tile floors were all broken. The indoor pool was so chlorinated that it took the color out of our bathing suits.
