Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, which made it convenient for exploring downtown and accessing amenities. Many found the rooms to be spacious and clean, with some highlighting new furniture and modern bathrooms. However, several reviews noted issues with maintenance, such as malfunctioning air conditioning and electrical outlets, as well as concerns about cleanliness in certain areas. Service was generally described as friendly and helpful, though there were a few incidents of staff errors and inconsistent experiences. The breakfast received frequent criticism for its limited variety and quality, with many guests suggesting improvements. Overall, while the location and room comfort stood out positively, improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and breakfast offerings would enhance the guest experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
