Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests were highly dissatisfied with their stay at this hotel, citing serious issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and lack of basic hygiene supplies. Many also reported poor or unresponsive service, including problems with check-in, communication, and unhelpful or rude staff. While a few guests mentioned the location was convenient and the price reasonable, these positives were overshadowed by the negative experiences. Only a small number of reviews noted clean rooms or good value for money.
