Quiet hotel and place. Very close from the highway and walking distance to the town centre.
The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable.
I would like to mention that when I booked the hotel I had no idea that on the day of my arrival there would not be anybody at the reception and the restaurant would be closed. As a woman traveling alone I did not appreciate the fact that I had to find my way into the hotel via a locker box on the back side of the hotel, and then enter a completely deserted and dark hallway. I had no idea if there were other guests present and I felt that if someone would assault me in the empty and quiet hallway nobody would know or help. I did not feel safe. I understand that on a quiet day you might leave the reception unattended, but it should be disclosed at time of booking. I would have certainly booked another hotel had I known that I would find myself there on my own and without even a restaurant to go to. Also, at time of booking I had anticipated eating some traditional Bavarian food at the brewery restaurant and was disappointed to find out (too late to change my booking) that the restaurant closes on Mondays. Otherwise, the hotel was fine for its price.
Staff wasvery helpful
The size and configuration of the room were wonderful, comforters and high-quality sheets delightful. I was happy to be in a real local hotel, rather than a nondescript multinational hotel.
a nice small hotel in a quiet area but only 15 mins walk to the centre .i had a nice room on the second floor with a good shower. i did not have breakfast as it was 8 euro extra . the manager was very friendly and helpful as were the other staff .the wi fi went down so the manager let me use his to book my next hotel which was good .
soap scum around the outside of the base of the shower had been there some time .
