Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to markets, the beach, and the airport. The staff received high marks for being friendly, attentive, and helpful, often going out of their way to accommodate guest needs. However, several guests were dissatisfied with the comfort of the beds, describing them as hard or in need of replacement. Cleanliness was also a concern for some, with mentions of old linens, musty smells, and lack of maintenance. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some finding it adequate and others wishing for more variety or better quality. Overall, guests found the hotel to offer good value for its location and service, but noted areas for improvement in comfort and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews
